★★★★★ | Gets out of the way of your analog signal. |

I guess to begin with. I'm not an electrical engineer, not an audio engineer. I'm a degenerate audiophile. I chase the sweet dopamine bump I get from really great sound. Specifically really great music but any well recorded and reproduced beautiful sound will get me a measure of bliss. Having said that I know a bit about how electricity is produced, transmitted and utilized. I know some materials are better conductors than others. Getting down to a central question, can cables influence sound? I ask; how could they not? Power cables, speaker cables, headphone cables; in this case interconnects. I feel the sonic influence of a cable us only as good as the equipment in questions resolving ability. In my case this $22 cable between my multibit dac and OTL headphone amplifier increased treble detail enough as to be surprising. Lifting a veil as it were. Getting out of the way and just letting signal scream through. Bass not increased but tightened. The previous monoprice cable not being terrible but the difference was certainly noticeable. Thinking immediately it was matter of closer impedance or better conductance. This cable was much more supple as well, being between a dac and headphone amp stacked on top of it, I wanted a short cable. Six inches and so supple and to make the tight 180 into the inputs smoothly. Superb if for no other reason than that and when spending in nearly $1500 on a dac, amp and headphones; why not spend $22 on a cable. A nice, supple and appropriate length of cable. Tastefully yet obviously marked as to left and right by red and black collars. I appreciate as well the two are not joined together. |

★★★★★ | Surprising improvement in audio quality |

High quality, expensive cable vs standard cables are the subject of an ongoing heated debate amongst audiophiles. While I certainly know that cheap cables can degrade sound quality, I never readily bought into the hype for super expensive cables and the claim that they provide better quality sound over standard good quality interconnects. I bought this mostly for its short length to connect a DAC to a headphone amp. I also decided to experiment and try to see if I could perceive a difference with this cable using highly acclaimed cable material. I have to admit, I am humbly surprised. There is a very noticeable improvement in dynamics, imaging and sound stage. It is quite shocking to be precise. I certainly was not expecting this. Now l am disappointed in the fact that my other gear is not performing at its best because of the cables. The good thing about this one is it’s actually affordable. If you have high end components and headphones give this a try. You’ll be glad you did. |

★★★★★ | Not bad for the price. Incredibly transparent. |

Equipment: Sennheiser HD600 JDS Labs Atom headphone amp Raspberry Pi 3B+ running Volumio Allo Boss 1.2 DAC Hat
Music Joni Mitchell/ Court and Spark DCC/ Help Me King Krule / You Heat Me Up.../ Out Getting Ribs Evelyn King/ Smooth Talk/ The Show Is Over MF Doom/ Mmmm Food/ Rap Snitch Knishes King Geedorah/ King Geedorah/ Anti Matter
The cables are running between the Boss DAC Hat and the Atom amp. So far the highs are a little harsh but It's only been 5 songs I've listened to. The mids are very transparent and the Sennheisers like the cables. I replaced some Audioquest Forests with these. Bass is lighter but that may come back with break in. I'll try to update this after some extensive listening.
Follow up after 48 hr break in period.
Cream/ Wheels Of Fire/ White Room Crustation/ Purple/ A Tribe Called Quest remix Janet Jackson/ Janet/Any Time, Any Place
Much better defined bass. Highs have lost their harshness. There is still a little glare or ringing that sounds like notes are going through a tube amp. It might be the raspberry pi. I don't know if these cables or the pi have good shielding. They definitely need a good break in but so far for the price they are a revelation. Maybe it's synergy with the equipment but they seem to pair well with the Sennheisers and help balance out their somewhat dark sound. |

★★★★★ | Excellent quality short cable |
Verified Purchase |
No complaints. Excellent quality. Build quality and appearance give every indication of a premium product. Tight, but not too tight connection, cable is supple. and I'm using it to connect my phono preamp to my headamp. Needed a short cable as I moved stuff around and now the preamp and headamp are right next to each other so that even the 2 ft or 2/3 meter Audioquest Evergreen I'd been using was too much cable. I didn't do any direct A/B comparisons but the sound is at least as good as with the Evergreen cable. Perhaps a tinge better (again, based on vague subjective impressions only). Listened to a couple records last night and they sounded great. I'm satisfied. You can't ask for more out of a $20 cable, even one this short. |

★★★★★ | Neutral Sounding Flexible Interconnect |
Verified Purchase |
Neutral sounding Mogami interconnect that doesn't introduce color or noise to audio signal resulting to very detailed sound true to original recording. Great for short runs such as between DAC and headphone AMP due to flexibility. The captioned picture shows the Mogami cable connecting a Monolith Liquid Spark to Topping D50. Great combo, both available at Amazon. |

★★★★★ | What an improvement |

First I NEVER write reviews. So this is quite special to me:
Recently I upgraded my system with a variety of components, interconnects, speaker cables and power supply components. All those measures brought steps forward. At times it were minor steps but important nevertheless. Now with those cables i expected some but no game-changing improvement. I spend quite some money on them, since i wanted to change all my interconnects so i ordered 7 cables.
What happened after changing the first cable in the chain was jaw-dropping. Many say its like a veil thats lifted. Its more like a super heavy curtain. It improved all over the frequency range. Timing improved, timbre...it's musical. I'd go so far as to say - if i had to decide between having my high-end-amp and having these cables plus my ClassD-Amplifier-Diy Board i'd go for the second. And that makes sense. An amp can only amplify the signal it gets.
It's an outstanding improvement, musical, neutral, great timing, great timbres and they still burn in. I noticed an improvement after around 2 hours. So its only going to get better. |

★★★★★ | works great with an amplifier/DAC stack |

great length and quality for a Schiit Modi/Magni stack with RCA in/outputs - cost was reasonable for quality. |

★★★★★ | Good Cable |

As expected this short 6" mogami 2964 cable with the amphenol ends for about 20$ might be a slight overkill but I won't be upgrading later. Using it in a Shiit magni modi pair for that its about 1 1/2 inches longer than needed. |

★★★★★ | Highly Recommend It |

You really get what you pay for. Very high-quality construction, and the connectors themselves are top-notch too.
I'm using this for a "Schiit stack" (Magni + Modi), and I'm super-happy with this cable. |

★★★★★ | Solid cable, good sound, great value |

Mogami cable is great stuff generally. With the high quality interconnects, World's Best Cables has something really special here for a great price. This interconnect opens things up without costing hundreds of dollars. Well worth checking out. |
