Sounds better than most large speakers
We are a very musical family and I love doing karaoke with my kids and friends. I have to say this single mic speaker sounds better than many of the larger machines we have!
My son was gifted this from Santa this year and ever since Christmas we have been using this to play music through our phones. Like seriously amazing speaker quality.
Microphone- we have 3 others and this has the best sound, it also comes with a foam cover which helps in the quality. There are 3 or 4 microphone settings (or you can alter your own perfect mix which I have not yet had the time to do). If you sing straight into the end of the mic it goves more effect that if you sing into the side of it- so it just depends if you want more effects added to your voice.
I sang a little bit of silent night straight into the mic so you can hear how it sounds. If singing along to a faster song I prefer less echo so I sing into the side.
The case it comes with is also really nice and protective and has a nice leather handle. Honestly if one of my girlfriends wanted to have a karaoke party this will be my go to over the larger one my son has.

Great sound.
The sound quality is definitely on a different spectrum compared to the Q37 I had. This one is strong, crisp, clear. I had trouble upgrading from $27 to $109 but bit the bullet and tried it out. It would have been 4 stars but I got a gift card to give 5 stars, which fairly brought the price down to expectation.
At above $100, I would expect it to solve the issue of recording, which I wrote in my review of the Q37. For amateur Karaoke fans, we record the songs to upload to our online chat group for fun. Since the group consists of multi nationals using multi languages, we do not want to rely on a third party app that controls the recording and charges a fee for limited songs. Free Apps are no good. We use YouTube to play songs on the mic and record on a second device. This is where the sound got lost. However, the G50 manages to pass through fairly well. It is best if you pair your earphone to the recording device. I find wearing just one ear piece yields the best sound.
Feed back to manufacture: Enable the SD card to record directly from the mic and/or provide a free internal recording app with no string attached. Also, the volume adjustment going to the top before going back down is not great.
Btw, This Mic is very HEAVY, best to have a tripod. I am looking for a pair of duet mic for my parents who picked up Karaoke habits during the pandemics. G50 is top on the list but I am not sure the weight is practical for 80 year olds....
Update: I want to add that I emailed customer service to ask about how to connect the G50 to my new Bose Mini speaker and have the sound from the mic pass through a DJ sound mixer. The reason for this was bc when I recorded karaoke through an earphone and IPhone, the bass and the voice got muffled. I never got a response from company. However, I finally found that when you plug the wire that came with the G50 into the IPhone, the recording came out much better. No need to wear headphone. That solves a big problem of mine. I no longer need the sound mixer. Now, the G50 still can’t pair with my Bose mini, and the wire is not recognized to send the music through Bose speaker while singing. And if you have a new IPhone that no longer accommodates a wire headphone plug, I need a new solution for recording.

I was waiting for my daughter (the real singing star in our house) to do a demo for me, with this Bonaok karaoke microphone. But, she can't seem to find the time. (Funny, she has plenty of time when she has an audience.) So, I've been playing with it for a while I can tell you that this is probably the most professional karaoke microphone on the market. I did an acapella recording of myself singing one of my favorite songs. the sound is fantastic. But, playing it back through my computer doesn't really do the mic justice. I am not certain between the Q3 and G50, but considered buying the Q3 (until I came across the G50). I ended up buying the G50 because it was ranked higher on multiple review sites. From what I can tell, the G50 provides more control with adjusting the echo and audio, where the Q3 appears to handle this automatically for you.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the G50 (as it was a complete upgrade from the Q37 for me). Definitely louder, consistent connectivity, and felt robustly solid.
