So the flux capacitor will be able to charge your phone 1.21 billion times faster than the Anker Quick charger, give or take 39 watts. Will this rapid charge my phone? Answer: This is a quickcharge 3.0 and 2.0 certified charger. You need to search for 1.0 and 3.0 qualcomm quick charge device lists to see if your device is quickcharge compatible. I personally have a galaxy s7 and that is 2.0 certified so it charges fast with my device, yes but not as fast a 3.0 device would, the charger will do it, my phone won't. I charge my iPhone 6 with it in my car and it seems to charge faster than the AT&T car charger I originally bought to charge it. I think it charges Apple phones and Android phones the same. I also like this one more than the AT&T one since it sticks out less than the other one and it has two USB ports that light up blue to make them easier to locate at night. My Anker car charger is plugged into an outlet in a small armrest console so it's nice that it takes up less room. I also bought a one foot long Anker braided nylon PowerLine charge cord to charge my phone in the smaller storage console and it works good as well. I've only been using it for two weeks, but so far, so good. Answer: The usb cable being used has to support fast charging if you wish to fast charge. All usb cables are not created equal. Answer: I don't know about the S10 but it charges my Moto Z just as fast as my 120v turbo charger and is recognized by my phone as a turbo charger. It cost a little more but it's worth it.
