Buy Buy Buy

You know how you get a new phone and you don't want to toss it anywhere because it'll get broken? I felt that same way about my expensive calculator...

UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS.

OMG I LOVE IT. It fits my TI-84 PLUS CE....something like that, I'm not too sure what it's called. It's thin and purple and fancy. I can fit that (with the cover on) along with the USB cord, charger cord, a highliter, pen, pencil, eraser....and one other thing, don't really remember.

I also don't remember how much I spent for this....but I'd gladly pay double. I just toss this thing in my backpack and I know it'll be safe.

Don't go sitting on my backpack, though. Not sure it'd withhold a full-blown sitting. Or throwing it down the stairs. Don't do that either.

Must buy if you care about your calculator at all. If you don't care about your calculator, that's fine, but have fun explaining to it why you hate it so much and don't care for its safety.

Seriously, though. 10/10 would buy again.

Nice case

Purchased this to keep my son's calculator and needed supplies all together in his backpack. My son isnt the most organized and tends to stuff and over stuff his backpack. He spills his water bottle, shoves papers etc... This keeps his calculator, pencil, extra batteries all together neatly and safely in his back pack. Its easy for him to grab and get to class.

Graphing Calcultaor Fits In Perfectly

Love this case. I bought it for the start of my Spring Semester 2018. I’ve only used it for a few weeks but it defintely makes me feel better to spend $130 for a calcultaor and have a proper case while I commute 2 hours to school everyday from home.

My TI-84 Plus Graphing Calculator fits perfectly in the case without any movement. There was no weird funny smell when my case came jn which I’m grateful for. I hope no one else has that problem. And my charge fits very comfortably inside.

Great case for T-84 PLUS CE

We bought this case for our son who is in high school to help preserve his T-84 PLUS CE calculator (due to the cost of it plus the fact he would be using it throughout HS). It is a great case, just a hair bulky, but it holds up quite well. He uses it daily to take back and forth to school. For the price you pay for the calculator this is a great addition to keep it from breaking!

Good Quality, Room for Additional Items

This fits the TI-84 well with room to spare for other items. Nice and sturdy and protective. Bought this as a replacement for one that broke, and my daughter doesn’t like it as well. This one is bigger than the old case and takes up more room in her binder. She doesn’t need to store anything else in the case, so I wish I’d gotten one that’s smaller. If you just want to hold the calculator, get something else. If you also need to carry some pens or a protractor or something and aren’t concerned about fitting it in a binder, this is a quality piece.

Uncommon quality, customer value, and overall Gaphing Calculator and Handheld Excellence!!!

Listen, if you have any of the calculators in the TI-83, 84, 84-Plus or TI-Inspired Series, this is the Carrying Case for You. This case is well-designed, sturdy, spacious, and for the price, is the best you can get anywhere.

How good are these cases? Well, they are so good that I bought two of them, and am so pleased that I'm thinking about buying two more cases to replace the brand new cases I purchased from a company on Amazon for almost 3 dollars a case more!!!!

How's that for customer value and excellence.

ALSO perfect for Vantec Nexstar GX Dual 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD RAID Enclosure, Black (NST-272S3-BK)

I'm NOT using this for a calculator.
I spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a case for my new dual Sata case.
This case is perfect for: Vantec Nexstar GX USB 3.0 Dual 2.5" SSD/HDD RAID Enclosure (NST-272S3-BK).
The fit is very good. Everything will fit: HDD case, both cords, stand AND power adapter, PLUS there is room for thumb drives. Or other small items.

Great case, my calculator fits snug

Simply put: If I were to drop my calculator 5 feet, it would definitely break. If I were to drop my calculator while it was inside this case from 5 feet, it would be very unlikely to break. Also, keeping it inside my backpack, it will prevent my calculator from getting crushed by my books because it is a hard case.

Fits the HP Prime

Yes there is some room to spare depth-wise. Length and width are perfect with the HP Prime including the calculator hard slip-on. You can put the calculator under the inside band to keep it from flopping around or include your cables or maybe a spare calculator (oh my! yea I know, but if you have a test and no spare--you're dumb).

Great case, good price

I bought a used HP-50g that didn't have a cover so I decided to try this case to protect it. It works great! It has an elastic band to keep the calculator inside and the other side has a pocket to keep instruction manuals, pens, notepad, etc. The build quality is excellent and this should be big enough to fit any modern graphing calculator. One note, the case is kind of thick so this will take up more space in your bag than just a plain plastic cover. I think the trade off of worth it.

Question & Answer

Question :

What are the exact Measurements from inside and outside?

Answer :

(LxWxH) inside: 8x4x2-3/16. outside: 8.75x4.75x2.75. Inside compartment 1: 7/8" tall, compartment 2: 1-5/16" tall.

Question :

Will this fit a TI 84?

Answer :

For me I use it for TI Nspire CX CAS and I think it is bigger the TI 84 so it fits it .

Question :

Will this be good for an HP prime?

Answer :

Yes it should be I have a ti nspire cas and it fits with so room leftovr

Question :

Is it completely waterproof?

Answer :

I have never tested it and I do not recall there being any mention of it being waterproof. Try it and see.

Question :

Will it fit the ti 84 plus c silver edition and the part of the charging cord that plugs into the wall? The plug on the wall charger is a bit bulky.

Answer :

Yes. I used mine with the TI Nspire CX, but have had extensive experience with the TI 84+ SE. The cord and charger will fit just fine.

Question :

Could water penetrate this case, say the case with calculator enclosed were to fall on ground while raining out?

Answer :

The zipper around the middle of the case has two sliders operating in opposite directions. There will always be a small gap in the zipper where the sliders butt against each other, allowing water to penetrate. However, if the case is lying flat, the zipper will be about an inch off the ground, so it would have to fall into a fairly deep puddle. (It would probably be better if the zipper had a single slider, actually, since you have to unzip them both fully to open the case anyway.)

Question :

If you put the calculator in exposed like that, will it get scratched up if the charger and plug are stored on the other side?

Answer :

No, only a very small portion of the calculator is exposed on the other side, so just push the charger down such that it will not make contact with the exposed portion of the Nspire

Question :

Will this hold a ti 36x Pro?

Answer :

Yes, i purchased it for my ti nspire cx and it fits with room to spare

Question :

Will this fit a ti-nspire with touchpad?

Answer :

My calculator's dimensions are 7.5 x 1.8 x 10.8 with some room to spare. The smallest Ti Inspire has dimensions of 12 x 4 x 14 which I feel would be too large for this case.

Question :

do you put it in the case exposed like in the picture or with the cover (or will the elastic band damage the keys)? is it hard to take out and put in?

Answer :

Found it difficult getting it in and out - stopped using the case
