| I am bummed I had not done this a long time ago. A few years ago I bought a a VCR DVD combo but I didn't have a proper setup to record so I didn't know what wire went where, the instructions for this VCR DVD combo were very difficult to figure out. Shockingly there were instructions with a remanufactured product. I basically gave up and only watched DVDs on it. My TV only had two HMDI slots but it had those component slots and I just could not figure out the color scheme or anything. Until one day I was looking at the back of the TV and was wondering if I if I had any component pieces I could adapt to it and look at the colors and decided to see if I could find something on Amazon and I found the ones I needed at a very reasonable price. Well I finally had visual but no sound and I found some old wires that fit in the audio plugs, I haven't tested it yet to see if it could record off the TV yet but the picture quality and sound quality has been much improved and everything's all plugged in at once and I don't have to switch the cords around. Well I'm no expert at this audio visual thing but I now I can do more with my VCR combo than I ever could before. |
