Question: | Is this usb-c to dp cable vesa certified? |
Answer: | The connection for this cable is Display Port, not USB. The cable connects your Display Port enabled video card and monitor together to achieve the highest video-to-monitor refresh speeds of the monitor. In order to use this cable, both your monitor and video card must have a Display Port connector port to connect both ends of the cable. Not all video cards and monitors have the connector. Many have just HDMI. Please check your hardware before buying this cable.

Question: | I have two displays when i connected this display port it made my resolution to 1440x 900 as recommended and wont go higher, how do i fix this? |
Answer: | Dear customer, thank you for your asking. Usually the resolution will be lower when you connect two displays at the same time because of the limitation of the monitors. Question: | I have 2 monitors both with native resolution of 2560x1440 dpi. will these cables display the 1440p resolution on both monitors? |
Answer: | I have a new Asus TUF gaming laptop with 4800 Ryzen processor with display port to a 4K monitor and it has no problems with 4k. I don't know about your computer/monitor or what you are using but if it can output anything up to 4K 60Hz, then it should not be a problem for these cables. |
