Is this a genuine Dometic 385311653 flange, not a Chinese knock off?

It appeared to be genuine. Looked identical to the OE flange gasket, & included bolts, nuts, & washers were very high quality. Fit our 320 series toilet perfectly. No leaks.

Did this kit come with instructions on how to install the seal ???
Answer :
No it does not, however installation is straightforward. Unbolt toilet from base. Remove old seal, clean floor flange and base of toilet, slide the new seal in place on the toilet, and then bolt back down. Be careful not to over tighten as Dometic/Sealand toilets can crack. If still unsure, there are several YouTube videos.

Does this kit work with the 321 model toilet?
Answer :
From the Dometic site: "Toilet bowl: vitreous ceramic (models 310, 311, 320, 321); polypropylene (models 300, 301)". The 321 seems to be a shorter version of all others. All of the listed models are of the "300" series. The differences: Poly vs ceramic bowls, rinse spray hose on some, height of the toilet, seat material, and maybe something I missed during my five minute review of the site. I installed a flange kit in minutes as it is very similar to domestic/US toilets. The flange bolts should be tightened to specs to prevent cracking the poly base of the toilets. Too little=leaks. Too much=broken base. And the recommended torque is inch pounds so using a 1/2" drive torque wrench is out. And the room which you have to place a wrench is minimal but my 1/4" drive torque wrench worked beautifully. Dometic has been more than helpful when I have called or texted for assistance. Lots of griping about their stuff but mostly it's a great company to work with. Now if they could only make a better RV refrigerator.
