Card Works Fine..Even for cameras and functions Olympus and Fuji say it wont!

After reading some of the other reviews, I checked the Fuji and Olympus compatability charts.
Olympus says the type "M" storage is not fast enough to support making MPEG4 movies. I tried this chip in both my Olympus and my d-i-l's Fuji and then offloaded the files to my computer.
This card allowed me to flawlessly make MPEG4 format movies as well as
continuous rapid fire photos while holding down the shutter button. All of my card readers worked fine,

I'm totally satisfied with this 2 Gig type "M" flash memory and figure this is more storage than I will ever need on a single trip..much more memory than I even needed at Sedona and the Grand Canyon last year where I used three of the original 256 Meg XD cards.

Have an older e-camera and want to take pictures? I do

I have a FinePix S5200 by Fuji and I take it everywhere. But I hadn't tried to take pictures for awhile. When I saw how little my memory card held, I decided to look out there for more memory. Warning this is as much as I could find: and it's done its job well. Honestly who needs 16-40MB pictures? I use my camera and this chip, to make professional quality 4MB pictures which are of amazing quality. And as for replacing my S5200, I priced those other cameras out there now, and it just isn't worth it. Great memory chip - get one before they stop making them.

Can't beat the price....

I just stocked up on this Memory card. The price on this is great !
I use it on a Fuji Finepix S800. We travel a lot so I really do not get the chance to down load until I get back home and can con my sister into doing all the dirty work on the computer(she feels needed and I'm to lazy to do it)for me. And yes, I am lazy since my computer already has digital media built into it.
Anyway, I have never seen a XD(extreme digital)card this cheap! The cheapest one I found was Wal-Mart at close to $60.00 not including tax, that was last year.
I can average well over 300 excellent quality pictures with one card.
Depending on your Quality settings I'm sure you could get 150-600 if not more pictures out of this.

Does what it should

Not a lot to review here, it's an XD card that serves its function exactly as intended. Good packaging and fast shipment was a plus. At the time of purchase it was the best all around deal and I would buy again.

Good Card

This is a good memory stick and it holds a lot of pictures. It's very fast too. Also, it was the card that fit my new camera so I really didn't have many choices. The price was good so it was the logical choice. Fugi is a reputable company so you really can't go wrong. Also, it's worth getting a 2GB card so you can store hundreds or even thousands of photos on your digital camera without erasing them. Also, this card is good for a long trip so you can take lots of pictures without changing your memory card.

2 GB! Amazing difference!

I purchased 2 of these memory cards for a trip to England and they were amazing! I never ran out of video or picture space on my Fuji camera and the quality is great. I didn't even need the second card. Of course I was downloading everything to my laptop at the end of the day but there were days that I didn't really need to do that because I had plenty of space left. Highly recommended!

Answer:Yes, this model takes the xD card.

Question:does it fit a fujifilm finepix A500?
Answer:Sorry do non.t know

Question:Does it fit the Fuji S9000 FinePix?
Answer:do not know

Question:does this xd picture card fit olympus camera model fe-230?
Answer:This XD fit my Fuji E900, no problem. Olympus makes its own Olympus XD cards, so I'd recommend buying one of those. Having said that, XD cards fit XD slots and SD cards fit SD slots, so this Fuji XD card should fit the Olympus XD slot, but I haven't tried it. The better alternative would be to get a new camera with the much bigger 32GB SD cards. These XD cards are obsolete.
