I am using a small fpv camera like is used with drones. You will also need an M12 to c-mount adapter to attach the camera to the scope. To hold the scope I am using a noga style arm with three finger clamp For focusing, I am putting the part I want to view on a small lab jack and adjusting it up and down. While the CCTV lenses or industrial vision lenses migt mark the megapixels for buyers to choose the proper lens and cameras easier. Answer: 42mm filters fit but are hard to find in that diameter. One solution I came up is to cut a hole in a 42mm plastic cover that is exactly large enough to fit a 40mm filter.
