Not for FrankenQuest but a good Case for normal Quest
Color: Gray | Verified Purchase
I bought this case to use it for my FrankenQuest as another reviewer said that it worked for it. I am sad to say that if you modded your Quest with the Vive DAS I would avoid this case. As you can see from the pictures you can make it work with this case but you kind of have to force the headphones in and make the Vive DAS bend a bit in and then the speaker mounts still press on the zipper a bit. For me it's not worth the tension it puts on the speakers and the Vive DAS. It's hard enough to get a Vive DAS right now and I definitely wouldn't want to have to buy another one because the case forced to much pressure on it. I would love it if a company made a case for the mod. I think they would make a pretty penny off of it. I highly highly recommend the FrankenQuest mod. I would just try a different case. If you want a case for the quest and don't want to buy the official case. This is a solid alternative I would use it if I didn't already have the official case and didn't do the mod.

Good Case fits well even with the "FrankenQuest"

If you have modded your Quest with the Deluxe audio Strap from Vive like I have, then this may be the case for you. It is tight but the modded quest fits in the case. Recommend this and would buy again ! Took some time to get, but worth the wait.

Updated: Fits Quest 2 — Really nice!
Color: Gray | Verified Purchase
***Updated October 2020***
Just received the new Oculus Quest 2 and I am happy to report it fits in this case!! The headset is slightly shorter so there is a small gap in the front, but not noticeable (as you can see in the pics) and still fits snug when zipped. The controllers are slightly larger than the old ones, but they still fit overlapping as well. Super happy & still love this case!!

Great case for the oculus !!! Needed this since it can be difficult to contain without a good case. This fits great and looks good too

Buy this case and you will have no regrets later!!

This is the best Oculus quest case ever the space inside the case is just right for everything you need to bring the quest on the go unlike the official case sold by the Oculus company which the space are limited and cramp probably not enough to put the charger in. The case come with a lense cover fit perfectly inside the lense area and also a sling strap so you can carry it around. overall the case is fantastic the toughness of the case is good enough that getting a knock on that case will not harm your quest at all!! Highly recommend to get this case over the official case.

Stylish, sturdy, compact...

Best case for my Oculus Quest 2. Better than the one that Oculus has for $49.99. Very sturdy, with a strong handle, and carry strap. I've read some reviews pertaining to the zipper, but I find it to be strong, so long as you don't overpack the case. Everything in the case is pre-cut to fit the headset, and controllers. It has an elastic strap to keep the headset, and controllers in place. Since it's slim enough, the game, or controllers won't fly around in the case if turned upside down. It's a hard case, with soft fabric to give that soft feel when handled. It has two pockets with zippers to hold your charger cables, or batteries without fear of them flying around. And they include a lens protector as a bonus. I would definitely recommend, and returned that cheap case that Oculus sells. This is a good quality, good priced, $30.00 bag. It's a shame that FB let third party suppliers sell better accessories then FB sells. The 4th picture show the type of battery pack I have, which I ordered from Amazon also, and it fits nicely. But, not with the battery case.

If you don't have a case buy this one

Great so far. Could be slightly bigger. To hold chargers better horizontally. It's great better then most I seen.
Besides that great first purchase for a case that protects something expensive.
Its water proof. Great zippers. Hard case. Has two zippers/pockets inside to keep stuff. Currently have lenses cleaner pen. Oculus quest link cable. Has strap inside that goes across and clips shut. To keep everything in place. I recommend buying a soft lenses protector. I also have silicone cover and grips. Still fits fine.

Received a defective one - RESOLVED
Color: Black | Verified Purchase
6/12: ⭐⭐⭐ I will update this when I get a replacement, but right now my biggest issue is that for the price the quality is really lacking. The inner straps that are supposed to hold the controllers were defective and came with the same end, meaning I could not actually use them. There's strings hanging out along the edges of the zipper which get caught and honestly make me question how long it'll actually be good for. Additionally the inside pockets are from that fabric that feels like straight up paper, the cheap thin fabric you'd find in most cheap, bottom of the barrel products. 3 stars at this point is honestly me being optimistic that the replacement will be better, at least functional. That being said, the shell of it itself feels sturdy enough, like others have said, it could be better. The faux leather handle feels nice and sturdy, the zipper is meh, probably because of all the strings hanging out, and the accessories it comes with are a nice bonus. The eye piece fits perfectly in the headset, the straps for the outside work fine, one end did kind of get stuck and didn't want to open but it works fine right now, and the charging cord strap is also fine.

6/18: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I received the replacement and it's WORLDS better. This one has the right straps to buckle, and it did have a string out but it's not an issue. Overall I'm happy with how fast and efficient the whole exchange was.

Really good case!

So in my case I carry the Oculus Quest, 2 Controllers, the Glasses Spacer, the power cable, a Google Chromecast (for TV casting at parties), and two extra facepads with silicone covers (me and my SO don't like to share a facepad). It fits all that without bulking out or putting pressure on the Quest.

Fits the Oculus Quest 2 with Elite Strap
Color: Black | Verified Purchase
I just received it so I cannot yet review much about how this case performs or how the quality holds up.

It was important to me that this case would fit the Quest 2 with the Elite Strap. There were no reviews mentioning that so I wanted to test that right away and post here.

As you can see on the photos it does fit without an issue.

Exactly what I needed.

If you read my reviews you will see I do not give out many 5 star reviews. Although this case is not PERFECT I could not ding it a single star as it did and does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. I have read some people stating that their stuff does not fit as it should but I found it to fit everything EXACTLY as it should. I have a big head so my headband is all the way out on most of the velcro straps and it still fits perfectly. So compainers gonna complain or maybe I got an upgraded case I do not know but for my needs and my equipment it fit everything exactly as it should so for me I could not ding it a single star so it gets a rare 5 star review from me today.

Custom Questions & answers

Question:Do i need to remove the glasses spacer everytime?
Answer:No, I don't believe you have to. We remove the foam face part to wipe it down and air out a bit after we play. We never remove the glasses spacer on our Oculus and it all fits just fine.

Question:Will it fit the Quest 2 with Elite Strap?
Answer:Good question! Just got my new Oculus Quest 2 yesterday, so I just swapped the new one into this case and it fits just fine, the old Quest is a little bigger so there is a slight gap, but it is still pretty snug, the new controllers are slightly bigger but they still fit in nested. I don’t have the elite strap but it looks like it would still fit there is plenty of room, as long as it can “squish” down when you close the lid. I’ll post a review with some pictures of the new Quest 2 in the case and you can see if it looks like there is room for the Elite head strap. Side note, I do really like this case, so I’m glad the new one fits it well :)

Question:What is the acutual weight of the case?
Answer:Maybe 1 1/2 lbs at most

Question:What are the dimension of the case?
Answer:Outside dimensions:33cm*22cm*11cm.The interior space is perfect for Oculus quest devices and accessories

Question:Will it fit with the silicon face cover and comfort strap?
Answer:I have a silicone face cover and deluxe audio strap on my Quest and it no longer fits in this case. It was pretty tight for space without accessories. Great case otherwise - but not for modded headsets .

Question:Does the case support the FrankenQuest (quest with the vive deluxe audio strap)?
Answer:No, I have a Frankenquest now - and it no longer fits .

Question:Can an external battery (10,000 mah) fit in this case?
Answer:It should fit. The zipper pouches are 6x5 inches each and there is some extra room near the back of the case.

Question:Will this case fit the bobo or kiwi strap?
Answer:I don't see why not, I have a strap/grip system on my Oculus2 and it still fits snuggly in the case.

Question:Is this actually waterproof, or just water resistant?
Answer:Not waterproof.

Question:Will a vr shinecom or a gubenci fit in it? the appear to be externally the same structure ?
Answer:It fits perfectly.
