I don't know what to say besides it's 2021 and I'm shocked these things are still being made. But it's a darn good thing they are because a lot of old industrial equipment still needs legacy hardware like this.
They work, they're not very durable, they're easy to ruin, and that's just the way floppy disks have always been, whether they're 5.25 or 3.5.

These were not for a "computer as such" my eye doctor has a testing machine that saves test info on 3 1/2" disks. They don't know if the manufacturer has an upgrade for storage. This is a machine that cost over $50K. Cheaper to use 3 1/2" disks that buy a new machine that probably costs more than the current version. When your car needs a tune-up, do you replace the whole engine? The paradigm changes when one has the facts.
