like I don't for most other digital cables

I wasn't going to review this, like I don't for most other digital cables; they either work or they don't. Usually I don't really go in for the high-end features either, for the same reason. I just bought my third one of these, first was 3ft, to connect my TV to an indoor antenna, then a 10ft to connect to an outdoor antenna control box, and now a 20ft to connect to the outdoor antenna itself after the cable the antenna came with cracked open while I was trying to smooth out a kink. When I realized the control box wasn't getting signal from the antenna, I knew the 10ft version I had of this cable would work as a control test, because I knew it would simply work.

The previous two times I purchased these cables I didn't think much about which brand I was getting. The third time I came back to buy this specific cable, because I know this one is made with quality materials that won't break the way the cheap POS one did that came with the antenna. The coating is nice and thick, and strong, and the screw-on connectors are substantially easier to work with compared to just about every other coaxial cable I've encountered, providing plenty of grip to connect with your fingers.

Yes, cheaper coaxial cables will send the same digital signal, but if you're not interested in dealing with malfunctions or damage, save yourself the hassle and just go with this. It's not even much more expensive.

Most importantly...it works

I've been having horrible internet connection problems for a month. I owned my own modem and router (about 4 years old), but Comcast convinced me to rent their expensive equipment. It had the same problem, with the internet going in and out---mostly out. I finally decided to buy a new modem/router combo and a new coax cable to replace the 20 year old one. Bingo! Everything works perfectly! I'm not positive, but I think my old coax cable had just run its course. This one works great!

Great Quality Cable for RV/Motorhome Use at Campgrounds

I ordered this to use on our 42 foot Class A Motorcoach when visiting campgrounds with cable service and for connecting internet to router when in storage. Wonderful cable! I know, it’s just a cable. I get it. But, if you order one of these you will understand why I’m writing this. The quality of construction is 2nd to none. Substantial, yet flexible enough to easily coil up and store. The twist end connectors are very well machined and because the outer shell of the connector is engraved, attaching them even in low light situations is a beeeze. I ordered the 25 foot and am coming back for the 50 ft one. Great cable to use in your home, or to connect your RV while traveling. You won’t be dissapointed with this one.

I use a Rooftop TV Antenna, and my Previous ...

I use a Rooftop TV Antenna, and my Previous TV was a Panosonic Plasma 43". When I scanned for Channels it received, and Played 82 Channels. After almost 10 years of use it started have display problems. So in March I purchased a 43" LG TV, after 4 Months of use it DROPPED ABC/CH7 CHICAGO + ITS SUB~CHANNELS. LG Cust Service said it was my Antenna, and NOT their TV that was the problem. An LG Authorized Tech came to my Home and re~Scanned the Channels, it received 72 Channels compared to my Panosonic that received 82, and it once again displayed a Picture for CH7.The very next day it dropped the CH7 Picture. It goes without saying that I was FRUSTRATED to say the least. I began to wonder IF my Cable that ran from my Signal Amplifier to the LG TV might be a PROBLEM as at this point there was nothing else that came to mind. I removed the old Cable and Installed the KabelDirekt. PROBLEM SOLVED AS WHEN I RE~SCANNED I'M NOW ABLE TO NOT ONLY RECEIVE CH7, BUT TO MY EYES THE PICTURE APPEARS SHARPER, AND THE COLORS RICHER!

BRAVO KABELDIREKT!

Used to improve TV antenna reception

I have a Mohu Leaf antenna for a basement TV. Reception was not great: Lots of pauses/disruptions (especially during storms) and some stations not coming in at all. I read some people had replaced the cable that came with the antenna and had better performance. Figured it was worth a shot, and luckily this cable solved my reception issues. I re-scanned after connecting it, and now pull in more stations, including HD, *and* the sound is improved. Easy solution.

BEST BUY AT LOWEST PRICE.

My family loves this compact little gem. We use it everyday as a TV of sorts and for movies, baseball. Although it's small, it's a lot of LED projector for the buck. I spent plenty of time reviewing specs and opinions from people. The specs, such as the brightness and 2000 to 1 contrast made this for us, a best buy from Amazon...for the PRICE. For under $100.00.
Obviously you can buy a superior model made by Epson for just a few hundred and it is also worth it. However this little baby will provide anyone, like for example a mother with kids, entertainment for them and keep them busy. At a price you'll spend later after just a few minutes at the grocery store. I like the 50k hour LED lamp life, which is why I bought it. We also have an Epson and an Optoma HD66. The DLP (Optoma) technology (white dots) is totally flawed, made by Texas Instruments. They have never been able to correct it. So this newest technology, LED projectors, provides superior durability as far as the lamp hours. They continue to expand LED tech by projecting the light and expect it to be the best, as with TVs. They also have made them small, but not lacking in quality. Epson will continue to make smaller projectors. As of this review, we found this projector to be the best deal. Using it everyday now for couple of weeks and runs flawlessly so far. I rarely write reviews however we highly recommend this LED projector! A+++++

Best coaxial cable I have every used...

I ordered four cables in different lengths to reconfigure my entertainment center. They are great. Quality seems to be top notch. Hopefully I get a better TV signal but more importantly to me was the flexibility of the cables and the EASE of screwing on and taking off of the cables. That made a VERY big difference as my fingers are not as nimble as they used to by. I already ordered two more.

Easy to connect, and More Flexible than standard audio/video cable

I used this cable as a longer replacement for the shorter cable that my local internet company had provided me, and it is AMAZING! It's so easy to connect, thanks to those super easy-to-turn gold band connectors, compared to the annoying, finger-hurting-as-I-attempt-to-disconnect the standard cable it replaced, and it has much more flexible cable wire, allowing it to be easily bend and be hidden between a wall and a rug. I would not hesitate at all to purchase another audio video cable like this, and Highly recommend the item to others. It looks like a very durable and high-quality product, and my internet is working great with this cable.

I absolutely recommend this cable

Due to a poor installation by our cable company the Tivo mini they supplied was located behind the TV. When requested (twice) they added an extender which must have been a bad one because from the installation it didn't work. I still had to get up, go to the TV, point the remote to the back of the TV to make it work!! By this time I had requested service calls for this and other work on about 6 different occasions. I decided I could do this myself. So I purchased this cable and a connector and voila, my Tivo mini now sits on the credenza below the TV and my remote now works perfectly. So yes, I absolutely recommend this cable!! It does what it's supposed to do and was a snap to connect!!

Provides stable connection

I bought this for my cable modem because the signal kept intermittently losing connection. Hoping it was the cable, I replaced it with this one and the connection has vastly improved in terms of stability.

Question & Answer

Question :

I still would like to know - is this an RG6 cable - yes or no? - Thanks

Answer :

Yes and works great.

Question :

can i use this on a wifi router?

Answer :

It works with your Internet "Modem", not your Wifi Router. The "modem" receives the internet signal into your house from a drop or satellite , usually via coaxial cable, Yes, it will work on your Internet Cable Modem, you then connect your modem to your WiFI router via an "Ethernet cable", go with cat 8, it has the latest and best shielding inside the cable to reduce signal interference. Your WiFi Router typically has antennas to help distribute WiFi signals, your modem typical "DOES NOT" have antennas and usually only has one coaxial cable connection stem for "in" and one Ethernet port for "out". High end(price) modems may have more, not typically found in home use.

Question :

How flexible is this cable. I have wall mount that goes

Answer :

More flexible than the still standard coaxial cable. I purchased it because it is relatively thin in diameter. I put it under a carpet.

Question :

Will this make my internet or HD TV better than the regular Coax 75 ohm cables?

Answer :

Very doubtful. Better cables can shield from interference, and sometimes reduce noise. Not a problem for most situations, but can remove any lingering doubts.

Question :

is this RG6 cable and is weather proof to be connected to outdoor tv antenna ?

Answer :

I think this is an inside cable only.

Question :

Does this coax meet the minimum 3Ghz requirement specification required for high-quality signal transfer?

Answer :

I can't answer that but the cable looks and feel high quality.

Question :

Is this a 75 ohm?

Answer :

Yes, it is double shielded 75ohm.

Question :

Can this be used with a digital converter box for my tv?

Answer :

It can be used for anything that has a female coaxial cable connector.

Question :

I am looking for a coaxial cable to attach to my flat screen tv to wall only. Will this work and give a sharp picture?

Answer :

Yes it should. I purchased this for my daughter who is away at college and said that the cable worked great.

Question :

Could i use these for my xfinity router to set up my internet?

Answer :

You sure can if you have a wall plate then you connect one end to the wall plate where your internet connection is at then the other end to your router just make sure you have the correct length and you are al set.
