Question: Whats the dimensions? Is this the one ~3" x 4"? Answer: i don’t know the exact measurements. but that’s roughly the dimensions   Question: How to remove plate from iphone 8? It is stuck onto iphone 8 i bought for repair and idk how to take it off. Answer: Well that is a good question and I had a hard time getting it off myself and i damaged the plate and had to buy another. You got to give the company credit once it sticks on it stays on! You can either buy another one OR take goo gone and dental floss to take it off. What you do is apply the goo gone in the area so you can get it on to the sticky part when the plate is holding and then you take the dental floss and slowly go underneath the plate with a saw motion (Back and forth) and apply more goo gone if needed to help loosen up the glue and it should come off with a bit of effort. The smell will dissipate and it should not harm the phone unless you drenched it. Good luck!   Question: Well this plate also work on a dashboard to attach the cradle to? Answer: The shield plates go on the back of your phone . The mounting disc are the ones that go on the dash   Question: Does this come with the 3m adhesive?
