| I absolutely love this photography Box! I have owned three and u til now I had to prop up my own lights and adjust for shadows! Not with this one! It snaps together and has a light hole at the top. Has two led light strips that hook into the top or flap, depending on where you want it. Also has a bright guard you can place over the lights to dim down the sharpness of the lights! It is very roomy and super easy to set up and tear down. It stores neatly in a carrying bag, which makes it super lightweight and portable! Absolutely love it and the price is just right. I love this light box so much. It’s really easy to assemble, you just pop in the buttons on the sides, do the same with the light and plug it in. Then Bam! Light box assembled.
The lights can be very bright & also have a dimmer, they are definitely blue toned so I edit my photos to increase warmth & contrast.
It’s a good size too! Not too big, fits on a table. & not too small (if I want to use a display prop for example, I can)

| My husband is an artist who lathes wood bowls. The size of this photo box is perfect for even his larger bowls, which can be 12 inches high and 12 inches wide. The box is easy to assemble; we like the coated board sides and top which snap together--very durable. The lights are bright white and the filter for them prevents glare on the bowl in the photo. (Only 1 or 2 of the tallest bowls had a small spot of glare, which didn't spoil the overall photo. The color backdrops are made of vinyl which never wrinkles! (There are 3 with colors on front and back (6 colors total). The photos taken with the white backdrop were perfect. The black backdrop looked light gray in the photo until we moved the box into a room that has very little window light, and we covered the camera hole in the top of the box. Then the black was truly black in the photos taken. The box is easy to carry assembled around the house and simple to disassemble and store flat. It could also be taken on location disassembled and set up in minutes. We are very happy with this purchase. |

I like that it's easy to assemble and stores (mostly) flat. I say mostly because I store the lights and power supply in the case as well and it's a tad bulky; just means I can't put anything on top of it.
I did end up buying other backdrop papers because the ones it comes with are meh as far as colors, and the reflective quality is distracting. (using the black and there's a big white reflection in the middle of your object.)
But the box itself is great! Even though I don't like the tabs for holding the backdrop paper but I understand why they couldn't use clips in order to keep the thing flat while folded. The tabs work fine, they're just annoying to get the paper in at first.
The lights are plenty bright, to the point that I end up turning them down from their fullest setting. The orange diffusers make a big difference in adding that softness too.

Sturdier to use, actually has set up instructions and just a nice overall design. I wish there were inserts that covered the sides as well as the back and floor - but that doesn't seem to exist. |
