This was a great idea and is a very pretty Echo Dot holder. But needs more work on the design. There are no openings for the speaker so the sound is horribly muffled . After reading the other reviews, I tried elevating the level so the speaker was not blocked , but this defeated the purpose of masking the presence the Dot. With some minor alterations to the design, this would be a perfect and beautiful holder for the Echo Dot.

I’m not sure. I don’t own the Spot. The echo dot fourth generation makes her look like she has a brain but the sound quality is much better. Maybe compare the dimensions between the echo dot fourth generation (not the Smart) and the Spot.
By the way, she’s absolutely gorgeous and I’m dying to paint her with acrylic markers. I have both colors and they are both beautiful. Hope this helps.
