high quality outdoor projector screen with stand
I purchased a nice projector recently so I wanted to watch a movie with my children in our backyard at night during the summer so I got this 100 inch outdoor projector screen with stand, and this was more than what I was expecting.
Everything came inside a nice storage bag that has dividers inside for separating and organizing different parts of the stand. The handle with velcro strap makes it very easy to carry this bag.
The frame easily unfolds into its place and you just have to snap in the screen. It comes with very clear user manual with pictures and if you read it, it will tell you to snap in the 4 corners first.
The screen snaps onto the frame perfectly to remove any crease and wrinkles. The screen itself is very thick and high quality material with black material on the back so that light does not go through it.
After the screen has been snapped onto the frame, you just unfold the legs and slide in on the bottom of the frame then secure it with big knob screw by hand, and that's it! The leg stands have opening in the front and back so you can put ground stakes, which is also included, through them for added stability.
The video projected on this screen was very crisp without any reflection or distortion. This screen made the difference in our family backyard movie night. The take down was just as easy and everything easily fit back inside the storage bag. 5 out of 5 stars! First off, I kinda already knew what I was getting myself into; quality wise. I downsized from a 4 yr old 12 ft, 144” inflatable setup (equipment issues), to the JWSIT 120” screen setup week before last. No more simple plug-in and go, yet assembly was still too easy, with little to light effort in my backyard. World of difference with regards to screen hd clarity, and that’s projecting with my trusty old viewsonic pjd5155 dlp. And although I was pleased with my purchase, I still wished I had chosen the JWSIT 135” screen setup instead, but it was all sold out at the time.
But low and behold, finally, my constant Amazon browsing paid off, when I noticed ONE gently used 135” setup for over a $100 bucks off! A HUNDRED BUCKS OFF!! I had to snatch it up too. It was brand freaking new, with absolutely NO ISSUES!! And the screen image was just as stunning as the 120” setup. The viewing screen was not the grey tint, two-way screen, but the padded white with black backing, and the upsize was perfect. And it also turned out to have a slightly larger viewing screen than my original 144” Gemmy inflatable. Now I not only have two awesome JWSIT setups, but if need be, I can reluctantly use my 120” as a loaner when friends and family come a drooling :(

This is truly the case on “you get what you paid for!” Being an engineer I can see that the design of this movie screen they put a lot of thought into the ease of setup. I am amazed how the whole thing unfolds into a strong and stable frame for the screen. The screen snaps into place quickly and keeps the screen in place nice and tight with no wrinkles as seen in cheaper screens.
You need to follow the instructions as they tell you to snap the opposing corners first before snapping the sides. Once completed use the cord that is supplied to stabilize the screen frame. In this case I used the full length of the cord and lawn spikes rather than using the spikes though the base as suggested. (See photo) It is one of the best items I have recently purchased, when it arrived it took no time to setup for our first movie night, the whole family loved it 😄

Quick setup and great quality.
This projector is great for watching movies outside or inside. Quick to setup. Comes with a bag to keep everything together. The screen does fold for storage which makes fold lines on the screen, however, they don't cause a problem with the picture, I never noticed them while watching. In the directions it does say you can use a hairdryer to try to get rid of the lines if needed though. The back of the screen is black so light doesn't come in from the back. It does need to be pretty dark to see the movie well, but even partially dark you can see the movie (as seen in the pictures). The screen snaps onto the frame. It is harder to snap the last few snaps but only because you need to pull the screen nice and taught to snap them in. It has hooks on the top of the frame you can use to hang the screen, while it is snapped to the frame, on a wall. The strings also can go through them to then attach to the hooks that go in the ground to stabilize the screen outside. The projector does need to be relatively close to fill the whole screen properly as shown.

This thing is awesome. I love how it packs up into the small carry case, and how incredibly durable this thing is. While cleaning up after an outdoor movie night, I took the screen down off the wall and had the screen frame resting against the side of the house. A gust of wing blew it over and onto our (extinguished) firepit. Just the screen itself was resting on the firepit, so it stretched a huge imprint of the firepit's outline into the middle of the screen. When we lifted it off, I thought it was ruined, but after 10/20 minutes, the screen completely re-gained it's tight form and was completely fine.

This screen is easy to assemble or disassemble. The frame goes together very easily and the snaps to attach the screen pull it tight and wrinkle free. It comes in a nice zipper case that makes storage easy. I was very impressed with the quality. It is a bit tight to stretch the vinyl screen to the entire area,if it is cool, but easy if it is done in sunlight on a warm day. The sole negative I find is that the White screen is too brite for a good black in the top and bottom border areas of a true wide screen film/video being shown. The kit includes stakes to attach it to the ground ( I do not use them since I have artificial grass). Instead I put a pier block on each base leg and use the cord to tie to some posts for planters I have nearby. It has not blown over or moved with that setup. ,

It depends on how powerful your projector is. The projector should tell you what size of screen it can accomodate. The larger the image the further away your projector will be from the screen. Quality of picture is lost the further they are apart. I bought a 120 in screen and found it to be good enough for outside movie time.

Most of the brand's screen materials are made of nylon, which has strong light transmittance and low projection definition. The screen is made of PVC, opaque, and the projection is very clear. The height of the screen is fixed in that the legs are only a certain non adjustable length. You might be able to buy some extensions from Silver Ticket to make it taller or just set it up on top of two small tables.
