Can i use this to connect the red and white rca output ports on my lp turntable to the coaxial input on my amp?
Answer :
That’s I what I originally planned, but I learned the long tt cables lose sound quality.
So I bought a decent, but not expensive phono preamp to put it next to the tt, and then will run the 10 ft interconnects from phono preamp to aux in on my control preamp.

How wide is the split on the 2 RCA end?
Answer :
Each leg of the 'Y" is seven (7) inches from the over-molded piece in the middle to the gold part of the RCA jack. I have two of these cables and they are identical. Nice cables.
