Bought to ensure every case has a magnet

Bought these just for the large rectangle magnets so that I can put one all all of my Note 8's cases, plus my current phone, plus my work phone. Using with the Spigen Premium Air Vent Magnetic Car Mount A201 (6 magnet style).

These magnets are just as strong as the ones that came with the mount. I don't think I'll ever use the smaller round ones, wish you could buy just large size.

Comes with two large rectangular magnets and corresponding protective covers, as well as two small round magnets and their protective coverings.

Fair price, fast shipping, just don't know why a 2.25 x 4 x 0.5 in little box was sent in the biggest padded envelope ever.

Very happy with this product, I will never use a locking/clip style/ 2 handed-manual car mount for a phone ever again. Very strong even on very heavy and large-cased phones.

Great for your car mount

We bought these to go with our new iPhone 11s. We already had a car mount and bought Spigen cases. These metal plates really hold steady with the car mount we already had and have been using them for several months. I like that you get 4 in the pack so when we get new phones we can use the extras.
The only thing to think about is if you get a clear case it will show through. Also, make sure you stick the plate to your case and not the phone itself. Of course, if you have a wireless charger, you'll just have to take the case off, but that's not a big deal for me. I rarely use my wireless charger, but it's not a big deal to just slip the case off. Most cases are easy to slip on and off.

It works like a charm it keeps the aesthetics of your phone case

This exceeded my expectations. It obviously fits complimentary to the spigen magnetic case and sticks perfect to any magnetic mount. This is so much more appealing than those bulky set ups and doesn't ruin the aesthetics of your car, especially if it's brand new. Install the magnet first by ripping off the paper cover then cover it with the protective plastic to avoid scratching your beautiful glass back phone.

High quality metal plates

Perfect fit for Spigen cases, especially for their cases that have recessed spot on the inside of the case. Spigen should just build these into their cases instead of having to purchase the plates separately. I really don't need the extra plates.

My only wish would be that the circle plates were just a little smaller so you could fit it up in the corner of the case.

Nice grip

Using with a thin spigen case on my pixel 4a, works great. My cars got a wonky axle and busted motor mounts and shakes so bad it vibrates my teeth at stop lights but my phone stays in place on the scosche magnet. Important to not use a thick case over the metal plate though.

Works like it should

There isn't much to these plates but they are extremely functional. I am not a fan of attaching items directly to my phone's finish so I will typically adhere them to the surface of the case rather than the back of my phone. To avoid having metal on metal contact on the back of my iPhone, I adhered the plate to the exterior case then covered it with clear box tape on the side (black side) that would contact the phone. This way the harsh edges of the metal plate wouldn't scratch the rear of the phone. I have not noticed any issues with the magnet attaching with this setup.

Great add-on to the Spigen line of magnetic car mounts and QNMP phone cases

Works as advertised with the Spigen magnetic car mounts and QNMP phone cases. I also use one for an iPhone 6 which is in a hardened case. While there's no pocket for the plate like in the Spigen cases, the plate is thin enough that it's not noticeable in the hardened case and the magnetic mount is strong enough that the phone mounts securely still.

great metal plates for magnetic mounts

These work great with my car mount and having extra around is great for when you switch phone cases or even phones. The metal works with the magnetic phone car mounts to hold up my phone perfectly in the car without any issues.

Great For Phone Magnet Mounts

Great value! As someone who uses a car magnet mount for my phone, I find these plates to be very helpful. I use a minimalist case with my phone, so I stick these under the back of the case, and it works great. I especially like that Spigen includes protective film to place over the plates so they don’t scratch my phone. Note: don’t use these if you use wireless charging, or you will have to take the case off to charge.

Spigen rocks

Spigen stuff is the best. I'm a trucker and have an iPhone8 mounted on my dash with the Spigen mount and I bought these for a different Spigen phone case and even though the truck shakes, rattles, and rolls, my iPhone stays put.

Custom Questions & answers

Question:Will the metal plate interfere with Samsung wireless charging mount. Will it still charge?
Answer:I use the rectangle plate and place it at the very bottom of the phone turned sideways. The wireless charging still works for me and the phone sits higher up on the mount.

Question:How secure are these magnet steel plates at sticking to the roof of your vehicle with a magnetic antenna mount at holding in place during transit?
Answer:They stick well but I'm not sure how well ON a vehicle. I used them to hold a smart phone up.

Question:Do they fit in all the newest spigen cases?
Answer:Official support will be listed per product as having a slot for QNMP mount compatibility. Even without the plates are extremely thin. They will fit inside most cases but you may notice some bowing or flexing from adding the plates.

Question:Is there any difference between these and any other metal plates?
Answer:Yes, there is an adhesive back on the plate. You are not paying much money for something to make your life easier

Question:How difficult is it too remove from a case of i were to get a new case?
Answer:A little hairdryer action and your all set.

Question:Any one know if these are strong enough to pass through a UAG case?
Answer:Don't know what a UAG case is but I put the metal plate behind the outer shell; on the rubber protecting the phone. I didn't remove the sticky backing, just sandwiched it between those parts of the case. Works well...

Question:Can this magnetic mount be stunk onto apple silicone case and then onto spigen air mount phone holder??
Answer:I don't know for certain but I would suspect that it can. I'm using the Spigen Thin Fit case which is really form fitting and it works. The Thin Fit case isn't hard and flexible whereas silicone is more flexible and should work just fine.

Question:Will these fit *inside* the top of my pop socket (I want to take the cap off my pop socket and put this inside it),
Answer:No

Question:Does it match Matte Black iphone 7 color?
Answer:They are black in color but I have never seen a matte black iphone 7 so I'm really not sure

Question:Is that removable if so what is the best way to remove from phone Thank you !
Answer:Yes it's removable. Just peel it off the phone because it's stuck on with adhesive tape.
