This thermal printer represents very good value for money. The seller provided quick shipping and the label printer works very well. I have no complaints. I have tested the labels and they scan well at UPS, FedEx, etc. Everything you need to get started is included in the box. I use a MacBook and was pleasantly surprised to see a USB-C to USB-A adapter included in the box alongside a small drive and disc containing instructions for setup and installation as well as the driver software itself. The instructions included were very clear and allowed me to setup the printer and get printing in under 20 minutes with no hassle. Took me about 20 minutes to figure it out. Here are steps I used. Hopefully they help other users.
1. If you are printing from PDF file, it is suggested to use Adobe acrobat software to open PDF file for printing.
2. For other printing, please confirm the settings on the driver, set “None” on “Halftone” or “Color option”.
3. You can set your Darkness and Speed. By default SP410 Printers are set to print at an average speed of 8. Slowing this speed will result in a higher resolution. Note: Increasing the number for your density / darkness will result in a darker print. Setting the density too high will result in unwanted dark lines and / or label getting too hot and sticking mid-way to the Printer head. Decreasing this number will result in a lighter print.

The labels are upside down. Make sure you stick the sticker side UP when you put it in the feeder. Trust me. I tried to get it to print for 3 HOURS. LOL! My labels were just upside down. It's a thermal printer lol.

Without a lot of complications and trial and error, no. This is a corded system and has zero connectivity to Bluetooth or networking with WiFi.

I installed the printer’s driver. Why am I still unable to print?

The printer needs to be powered on and connected to the computer prior to installing the driver. Uninstall the driver and try reinstalling.
