I bought this USB cable adapter/connector set for a very specific reason. I wanted to connect my Blue Yeti microphone to my Android Phone to record YouTube videos with good sound quality. I really only needed one but having a backup adapter is not a bad thing especially since I have 2 Android Phones and 2 microphones.
My big microphone worked well on my computer through the standard USB interface but my phone required a USB-C interface. Even with the correct cable and interface, I was unsure the microphone would work well. I am happy to report with the help of this extremely well made, durable cable, I have been happily making videos with excellent sound quality.
I've bought many cables adapters over the years but this one really stands out as VERY HIGH quality made. There is heft to this little cable adapter. Each of the ends are polished and metallic, not cheap plastic. The USB connections on both sides of the cable fit very snug as it should.

I bought this two-pack of USB-C to USB-3 Adapters, to connect my 2020 MacBook Pro with my memory stick, track pad and other USB devices. I liked that I had the choice of color, since the USB-C is not very distinct looking. I debated getting an adapter that didn't have the cable, but this style doesn't interfere with the case's protective shell.
The adapters were inexpensive, but have nice heft to them. They are metal with hard grey plastic transitions, and tightly braided, flexible cable.

A while back, I made the mistake of buying a multiport charger on Amazon that had USB-C connectors on it insteasd of USB-A. In hindsight, I should have sent it back but I kept it. As I collected more electronic devices, I ended up buying another multiport charger.
Eventually I needed a charger for my work from home office to charge both an android phone and iPhone. The android phone already had a USB-C to USB-C cable but my iPhone did not. Right now, I can tell you that the cable works as expected. I need OTG mode for a piece of equipment that interfaces with an Android app on a Lenovo P1 Pro tablet. For as many USB cables I have collected over the years, I didn't have a single USB Type-A Male/Male cable. So I ended up purchasing this cable (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089K4HYW5) to go with this JSAUX cable. And lucky me, both this and the USB Type-A cable are two-packs. So now I have a full backup solution should one of the cables fail.
These cables will only be used, literally, for a week in July. And then not used until the following July. So I won't really know their long term reliability. Unless of course it doesn't work next year. And then, yeah, I guess that question would be answered. BUT! It comes with an 18 month warranty. So if I get two years out of the cable, it'll have been worth what I paid for it. And hopefully the spare will still work. |

| I needed a USB-C to USB-A flash drive to use with my Samsung 21 Ultra. I first ordered a double sided SanDisk Flash drive - 64gb with one side being a male USB-C / the other side a USB-A male. Long story short for some reason the USB-C side would not properly fit into my Samsung's USB-C port NOR a OnePlus 7 pro's USB=C port. Had to return it.
