Much Cable, Such Wow
Verified Purchase
This cable is very cable like. It is both flexible and plugs into the things that it is supposed to plug into. The length of the cable appears to be the exact length that is described. This is a satisfactory length for reaching behind say a desk, but would not say span an entire home or allow you to connect to a TV that you have positioned in your backyard. You alone can decide if that is enough length for you personally, or if the length itself is too long and may make you feel inadequate in other areas of your life. The best part of purchasing this cable is the support from the company. They are very supportive. They remind you of this support quite enthusiastically. This isn't a bad thing, but it can be tiring.

In the end it's a display port cable. The texture is flexible which is nice, the ends are gold plated, and it at least seems to click into the GPU and monitor. I have no complaints.

Best display port cable i ever used

Went through 4 cables before landing on this one. Bought an lg ultrawide 34inch 144hz uc79 monitor and was having problems with picture quality and was ready to return the monitor. Did some research and found that display port cables must be of high quality for 6ft or more. So I ordered this and 4 other cables and it was the only one that cleared my monitor up and allowed for my vesa mount to move smoothly. Also it doesn’t have those stupid clips that attach to the port, so no more broken cables and it’s braided which is a lot nicer than i thought it would be

UPDATE
The first cable I received would overheat which would turn my monitor on and off rapidly. Then the great customer support team contacted me and offered a free replacement, which I have received today and all seems to be well so far!

Works Great Between RTX 2080 and G-Sync Monitor
Verified Purchase
Using this to connect a rig with an MSI RTX 2080 Duke to a Dell S2716DGR. Its running at 2560x1440p @ 144Hz with G-Sync. Not a single issue what-so-ever.

This cable is a nice length at 10ft giving me plenty of flexibility to arrange the computer/monitor how I want. The braided cable feels of high quality as do the ends/connectors. I especially like that neither end has a latch that needs to be pressed to "unlock" the connector from the port. The locking mechanism provides little benefit and often causes more problems than it solves.

Glad I got this, will absolutely keep it in mind for the future. I would highly recommend it for 2k up to the rated frequency.

Running it at 1440p @165hz, works great.

This cable ticks all the right boxes when it comes to quality. It arrived packaged in a nice, colorful box. It includes protective covers for the gold-plated connectors. It has a very smooth and durable braided exterior. The connector grips have a nice, brushed aluminum feel to them, and they don't include a locking mechanism either (which I like). If there was one negative, this cable is really, really thick. I've never really owned a displayport cable before, so I don't know if this type of thickness is normal or not.

For those wondering if this cable really is backwards compatible, it is. I have a version 1.2 displayport on my LG gaming monitor. I had no issues running my games at 1440p at 144hz. I was even able to overclock my monitor to 165hz, and the cable ran the signal along just fine. I'm very satisfied with how everything turned out, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a high refresh rate setup for their PC.

10ft version supports high bandwidth!
Verified Purchase
I previously had a 6 foot cable to support my 1440p 165hz monitors and was hating the length. I'd tried another brand of 10 foot DP cables before but I guess where was too high of a signal to noise ratio for it to output 1440p at 165hz, so I had to make do with my shorter length cables that made cable management a pain.

I bought these cables on a whim, not expecting it to support it, but they worked without an issue! The braiding also gives the cables a nice feel to it, you can tell that there's proper shielding and it can survive some roughness when pulling cables.

*** Fixed all my problems with DP 1.2 ***

I spent hours trying to get 2 Dell 30" monitors (U3014 / U3011) daisy chained off my Intel 520 on board graphics. I thought it wouldn't be possible, but since my system was loaded with 64GB RAM and I don't need high end video, I figured I'd try. Switched the 3014 to 1.2 via the menu and the 3011 worked fine... but the 3014 went black. If I disabled 1.2 on the 3014, both worked, but I couldn't extend displays... only mirror. Frustrated I figured I'd try newer high quality cables. And guess what. Worked immediately. What cable you get matters, especially for multiple monitors and daisy chaining via 1.2. Well worth the purchase, thanks!

Solved My Problem
Verified Purchase
Sturdy construction... this cable was purchased to replace a Samsung OEM DisplayPort cable that came with the 49 inch QLED gaming monitor I just purchased. Using the OEM cable with the monitor set to run at 144Hz through an EVGA Gforce GTX 1060 GPU, I was getting screen lag and jitter. After connecting the iVanky cable, the colors were more vibrant and no more screen lag or jitter. I think the problem with the OEM cable is that it couldn't handle the data throughput. The lifetime warranty is also a plus because todays cables are not like the cables of old, i.e. you plug it in and it lasts forever. Todays cables fall more into the electronic component category and are, unlike the old days, prone to failure, no matter what you paid for it.

Works at 2560x1080 @ 166Hz. Incredible Build Quality. Best Cable I've Seen.

Using this on my 34" LG Ultrawide running 2560x1080 at 166Hz with no problems on this cable. I really love how it does not have the lock switch, that is always annoying when testing things, but still snaps into place solid. The braided cable is top quality, looks and feels premium. Never heard of ivanky before this, but they are on my radar now. I've tried a bunch of different DisplayPort cables and this one is the best by far.

Excellent option

I just recently purchased a Massdrop Vast. It's beautiful and it's...well...it's VAST.

It comes with a Display Port cable and a power cable. The Display Port cable it came with was GARBAGE and caused some issues, and the power cable caused some instability as well.

I switched my power cable with my printer power cable, and got this for my Display Port.

I went from having a rough time getting the display to not black out occasionally at the default 3440x1440 100hz to running a solid 3440x1440 118 hz with no issues whatsoever.

Thank you Ivanky for changing my life. I owe some of my sweet framerates to you (an RTX 2080 doesn't hurt either)

I feel like I'm computer name dropping...I feel dirty now.

Question:If this is a displayport 1.4, why does it say that it can only run 4k @ 60hz when 1.4 is supposed to be able to run 4k @ @ 120hz?
Answer:The description states it’s “compliant” to DisplayPort 1.4 specifications, but is only rated for High Bit Rate 2 (HBR2), not HBR3 which would give it the 4k@120hz you’re looking for. Hope that helps!

Question:I would like to know if i can get 144k at 2k resolution with my samsung lc27jg50 using the display port?
Answer:Yes this his cable does support 144hz refresh rate (I assume you mean refresh rate) but only if your monitor supports it. You can check with Samsung or the user manual that comes with it. You also need to have a graphics card that is powerful enough to handle 144hz at 2k. It takes You would probably need at least an AMD Radeon RX 590 or something equivalent to that or better for most games. Running games at 144hz is harder on the graphics card than playing games at 60hz or 75hz.
