★★★★★ | Great quality but... |

This is a great looking cable and appears to be very well made, that being said, i can't get more than 75hz at 1080p. Screen flickers to beyond useable at anything higher than 75hz. Very disappointed.
Edit: They have reached out and are sending a replacement. Will update after that one gets here but i'm impressed with their customer service so far.
Edit 2: Replacement cable sent out free of charge and it works great. Thank you!! |

★★★★★ | Difficulty or broken cable |

I recently bought it for my new dual monitor setup. Pluggged it in already had issue with one of the cables. Either the cable has an issue driving monitor, or just the cable problems. Contacted the manufacturer about the issue. Although the primary response took some time, otherwise after that it was quick. They required some evidence about the issue, once shown. They quickly sent a relacement, no questions asked. The new replacement was working fine and doing great. |

★★★★★ | Nice! |
Verified Purchase |
I only had this for a few days so can't say how long it holds up in the long run, but it seems to be very high quality and works great with my dual 1080p monitor setup. I haven't used it for anything else but it's nice that it supports 4K if I ever decide to use it in the future.
The braided cable is worth it. No stiff cord to get in the way of plugging it in at odd angles. Less stress on the cords and easier to guide through during set up.
The connectors also seem to be well made. Some low quality ones I have used in the past feel like they're barely held together and can split open easily. They also have an annoying tab that adds bulk and make them hard to plug in. This one doesn't seem to have any of those issues. Worth 5 stars. |

★★★★★ | Updated: Poorly shielded cable. Interfered with all of my Bluetooth devices. |
Verified Purchase |
Just received a replacement cable and it is working great. No more Bluetooth interference, and my 4k monitor is running with a 60 Hz refresh rate.
Previous review: The cable works well with my 4k monitor and appears to be a well made flexible cable. The only problem I have is that whenever the cable is in use all of my Bluetooth devices lose their connections. When I unplug the cable, all of my Bluetooth devices restore their connections. I have replaced the cable with a different brand and everything is working as it should. I suspect that my cable is poorly shielded. |

★★★★★ | So far so good |

Believe it or not, finding a display port cable that can do 144hz 1080P gaming is quite a chore. Every cable so far showed in game stuttering on my gaming monitor. Once this cable was plugged in, I loaded a game.. and . no stuttering. Took way too long to find the solution to this cable. I will update in the months as I further test and abuse this cable. |

★★★★★ | Randomly Stopped working? Probably not the cable. No Signal Issue - Solved |
Verified Purchase |
I was able to use this DisplayPort cable on an ASUS VG248QE 1080p @ 144Hz and it worked really well for FPS games until it randomly stopped displaying an image on my monitor. I read reviews that people experienced the same thing. I did not contact customer support or seller, but I clicked refund and it gave me an option to get a replacement cable. I'm going with a replacement, and I'll update this review with how that cables goes.
Edit: WOW. So I got the replacement cable and I connected it from my monitor to my PC thinking this would solve my problem, but it STILL didn't work. I kept getting "DisplayPort - No Signal", and I did a little more research and found a solution! It's simply removing the power source from both the PC and Monitor and reconnecting it. So, I'm assuming it was never the cable's fault at all. Changed review to 5 stars.
Follow these directions: Turn off the PC. Disconnect the PC from its power source. Disconnect all monitors Unplug the monitor you’re having issues with from its power source. Wait approximately 1 minute. Reconnect ONLY the monitor you were having issues with to the power, and to the PC. Reconnect the PC to the power source. Turn on the PC. |

★★★★★ | Gold plated ends, with heavy duty braided cable in between. |
Verified Purchase |
Quality of the braided cable is excellent, with the ends appearing to be gold plated. The ends came with nice protective caps, and the quality of ends were above average and fit snugly when plugged into the display port sockets. I have experienced no static or other interference in my new display when using the cable. Consider them to be a good purchase. |

★★★★★ | It actually can support the DP 1.4 standard 2K@240Hz |
Verified Purchase |
Whether or not that's a good thing kind of is hilarious. I had bought this cable back in 2019, and looking back after watching LTT's latest DP cable showdown I realized the DP cable I have, this one, was only rated/designed/test for 2K@165Hz but I am running a Samsung Odyssey G7 32' 1440p (the OG edition) at 240Hz. I suppose this also doesn't necessarily mean every single one will be able to, but I APPRECIATE this brand not overstating their claims even when they are possibly within their boundaries to do so and still be accurate.
I have been using this cable since 2019 and running at 240Hz since July 2020. The cable is running at the Display Port v1.4 spec perfectly file, albeit I don't have fancy technology to really see if everything is alright, but I have not noticed any kind of data loss or corruption ever occur. Tread with caution though, this cable was designed for the v1.2 spec not 1.4, so just because I am able to take advantage of this cable at 1.4 doesn't mean you all will be able to either.
I included a screenshot of the GPU-Z Advanced General information/specifications tab showing the 4 lanes operating at 8.1 Gbps for a total of 32.4 Gbps (DP v1.4) |

★★★★★ | Buy if you want your monitor to screen flicker [EDITED] |
Verified Purchase |
As it stands ( May 19, 2021), this product is very inconsistent when it wants to work.
For some reason, this cable causes my monitor to flicker. I tried an HDMI cable to ensure the monitor wasn't defective, and it worked perfectly.
I ordered another display cable from another competior to determine whether this is a software or hardware issue.
I will update my review if it was a software issue, if not updated, then please note that it was a hardware/cable issue and to steer clear of this supplier's product.
New entry [05/21/2021]:
After extensive troubleshooting, it turns out that the graphic's card software was the problem. I tested out the cable and monitor on a Nivida rig, and it worked fine. 5 stars! I prefer this cable over the other, because it doesn't have a latch. |

★★★★★ | Braided cable is a nice touch |
Verified Purchase |
I'm pairing these cables with a pair of 32" acer 1440p curved displays since the accompanying hdmi cables won't support a 144hz refresh rate at that resolution. As I mentioned, the braided cables are a nice touch, although they are still fairly stiff and needed a bit of coaxing when it came to cable management.
Overall, they're doing a good job so far. I went with a more inconspicuous gray color, but there are also bright red and blue options for people going for a bit more dazzle and flare. |
