I am serious, this product is so wonderful. I kept reading stellar reviews on line and eventually bought two of these. I have needed good lighting forever and have always just made do with what I have, so getting a set of these is such a massive jump for me. Having dimming control across a massive range is amazing; having a known color temp that is ultra pure (set your camera white balance at this value and then forget about it!). These things are ultra quite (super mellow fans inside) and they really don't kick off much heat at all. I think the brightness is just wonderful. I have most of the modifiers that Aputure makes, so having a complete set like this is an insane upgrade and am beyond grateful to this company for making such a beautiful product.

This is hands down the best purchase any freelance filmmaker can possibly make. The light is incredibly versatile and packs a punch. They've made some good improvements to an already stellar light. I've used this for interviews and music videos, and I'm so glad I did. Just look up any tech or film/photo youtube channel, about 90% of those channels use this light for recording themselves. The one drawback is that the 'must have' Bowens Mount attachments can be expensive; but on the flip-side they can transform the light in so many different ways. Definitely have to get the Light Dome, it'll give you that strong soft look that's so popular in Hollywood movies. Other than that I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this light.
