I have been using the cable to connect my Raspberry Pi 4 (4 GB) to a 4K monitor which renders at 30 frames-per-second. I see no problem what so ever. To answer your question though, if your camera expects also a 30fps rate, I would say it should work. If a 60fps, I wouldn't know.

It will connect to any micro HDMI cable on one end and any standard HDMI socket on the other. It isn't just for Raspberry PI 4. There can be many other uses for this cable in adapting a micro HDMI unit to a standard HDMI unit. Good luck
