Nice reflector. It includes some handy accessories. I'm not a big user of colored gels but it is handy to have them around for the odd occasion. Grid and diffuser are both excellent. The diffuser gives you light quality similar to a good speedlight, only better. Bigger, softer and a nice round shape to emulate natural light.

Astonishingly Good Light in a Tiny Package
You would be amazed at how much you can accomplish with a small reflector! This reflector mates up natively to the Godox AD-200 (or in my case, the EC-200 extension head) with the bare bulb attachment. From there, you can go with the bulb as is, a simple 30º grid can be put in, or you can add gels or diffusion material (the kit came with two diffusion inserts to help dial things in). At WonderCon 2019, I mostly used the grid (as I was going for replicating the Avengers: Endgame "Avenge the Fallen" posters) so I was able to pop in just a tiny bit of dramatic light. I did use the gels once for a Spider-Man cosplayer and also the diffusion material (to, funnily enough, mostly just keep glitter off the bare bulb!).
All-in-all, the nearest comparison I can think of would have been the Cheetah Stands Colt 45. The Colt 45 might have been a tiny bit better (being a bit bigger and deeper), but it would have come with a bit more bulk than I wanted to carry around with me. Definitely an example of the right tool for the right job!
