Great value, sturdy
I got my new Haoge LF-C14 replacement foot this morning. I think it's as good as some I've seen for almost three times as much money (RRS)! It's as sturdy as an anvil, and I'm very happy with it! Here's a photo of it installed on my ProMaster gimbal. The long foot is about the same length as Canon's, and it has about 1/2 inch extra length on the back side. I would have preferred a longer foot, but I'm not sure why I would need it. Overall, I'm very happy with it, especially at $35. The only reason I replaced the original foot is because quick release plates that attach to it have only one screw, and I could never get it tight enough to prevent the heavy camera/lens from twisting out of alignment when carrying the tripod over my shoulder.

This foot works well for me. It is very nearly the same dimensions as the Really Right Stuff foot that costs much more. It can be used as a carrying handle, having adequate space for fingers. It fits in the Canon dual-zipper soft case just like the original foot.
I had two minor issues: it is held to the lens with only one screw and that screw tends to loosen over time. I didn't want to use Loctite so I used a lock washer and that keeps it tight.
The second minor issue is the two safety screws on the bottom are recessed and do not protrude far enough to actually hit on the Arca tripod clamp and prevent accidental slipping. It is very easy to put a few tiny washers under those two screws to raise them a bit.

Depends on what lens case your asking about. I have both the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM and the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM. It doesn't fit attached with the earlier model lens case but does fit attached in the newer model case. I didn't know until your question and I tried it. I learned something new myself. Hope this helps.
