Got this to extend my FireTVStick4K.
There is a potential problem for some... the HDMI end is pretty thick and will not plug into my TV. This design appears to be without purpose, it's just too fat. Fortunately, I simply plugged it into my original 3" FireTVStick extender.
The braided cable is nice, but it can have a mind of its own, if you're trying to guide it or get it lie flat.
Otherwise, the cable seems to work fine. I have not tested picture quality or 4K.
I may return for another cable due to the fat connector.

It is covered by a cloth webbing material, so if that is a concern buy another that has a plastic covered cable. I taped it to my TV to extend an Amazon Firestick to the other side of my TV. Does this work with oculus rift?
Answer :
Unfortunately the answer is 'Maybe'. I purchased the 15ft version of this cable in August 2017 for my CV1. It had been working flawlessly up until May 2018. In May I had to RMA my CV1 due to the sound failing on the right side of the headset. My replacement headset doesn't work with the same 15ft cable. Therefore, it seems that not all CV1s are made equal. My Amazon Basics 10ft HDMI extension cable does work with the replacement headset. Go figure!

Yes. I'm doing it with Chromecast, Western Digital TVLive, and AppleTV; so I don't see why it would not power Roku. After all, you can think of it like an HDI splitter that will connect one of the devices to the HDI it's connected to.
