Works great in a Sony digital camera

These 16 GB Memory Stick Pro Duo Mark2 work great in Sony cameras. I bought one for my camera and one for my wife's camera as the 8GB Memory Sticks were full. Now we have twice the capacity and the camera works well with them. We had no issues with the camera or the memory sticks while using them. We mainly use the cameras for still photos although the cameras can do videos as well. We did not try it for any videos during our trip to the beach but if they worked well on still photos I don't see why they wouldn't work well doing videos as well. Other than the larger size (2X) compared to the original memory sticks we had, it works just as fast and flawless.

Not a negative for me but some may want to know. If you look at the pictures it's a Memory Stick Pro Duo Mark2 16gb right? Nope, not what I received. What I got was a Memory Stick Pro Duo Mark2 card adaptor with a 16gb micro SD card in it and that's fine by me. It registers as a Memory Stick but with this I can put in whatever capacity SD card I want so it works for me.

How come when i put it in my psp, it doesn’t recognize it?

Answer :

You have to format it in the past before it will recognize it. All memory cards are like this. However this is just a micro SD card adapter with a super cheap card in it. I recommend getting a better micro SD card.
