TLDR, buy them, it works, don't know what the other dude was talking about.
Storytime,
So I bought some Apurture lights that came with Sony NP-F batteries but the only way to charge them was to plug in the entire light which is really a hassle when taking them in and out of the case just to charge batteries and the connection was kind of wonky. It takes 2 batteries per light and the kit had 3 lights, so the options were to buy 6 single chargers, 3 double chargers at 20 bucks a pop or take a chance and buy 2 of these which was the cheapest and most efficient option, but seeing as there's only one review and this guy seems pretty adamant about not liking this thing, it didn't instill a lot of confidence.
After weighing the options, I figured I'd take a chance and buy two of these things, now I've only used them a couple times, but initial reactions, they work as intended and things are looking good.
When you plug the charger in, the 3 indicators blink red, blue then green signaling the device has power. When you plug in your batteries the colors correspond to the charge level of your battery. 0-33% red light flashes, 33-66% blue light flashes, 66-99% green light flashes, 100% Solid green light. When I plugged in my batteries the light reacted based on their various charge levels, some were flashing red, some were blue and some were green, I immediately felt relieved after seeing the device perform as intended based on the other reviewer stating it gave him false charge levels. I can't comment on the speed of the charge seeing as I haven't really timed it, but I can confirm after the first set of batteries had solid green indicators, I plugged them into the lights and they worked perfectly, with the lights battery meter reading a full charge.
I have yet to use these batteries on a shoot day since using these chargers but I will update and report back if anything strange happens as a result, like the batteries dying randomly or instantly depleting, really anything that might indicate this device causing any issues.
For now, I can say with confidence that I purchased two of these chargers to use with 6 NP-F960 batteries and the devices charge and indicate as intended without overheating or giving false charge indications.
I don't know if the previous reviewer had a faulty unit or maybe just wasn't using the device correctly or maybe just wasn't paying attention to the indicator lights, whatever the case may be, please don't let that discourage you from picking this up if it's what you need and you're worried it might not work.
TLDR, buy them, they work.

Great charger with comparatively small footprint
I bought this charger after my Kastaar dual-battery smart charger seemed to not be working 100% reliably. This 3-battery charger has worked flawlessly and simply, for NP-F970, 770, and 570 batteries, even when a mixed variety. The Kastar charger does still work, and it may actually be the connectors just don't snugly fit all my batteries so well, evidenced by how sometimes I can get the display to show the battery present if I just fuss with the battery, wiggling it around until the display shows something. I feel this charger with the batteries installed standing on end, takes advantage of their weight a little to help ensure a solid connection. There is no LCD for a "smart" display of the charging status, but that's fine with me....I just let them charge until I've got a solid green LED status and know I'm good to go. I've been tempted to buy a 2nd charger since it would afford me 1 extra battery slot while fitting within the space of the Kastar charger, but for now I'll just continue to use what I have. Overall though, I highly recommend this Newmowa charger.

Works well and quickly.
Works well to charge up to three batteries quickly. Charges 3 batteries in about the same time as my 2 battery charger it is replacing. Use with 3 portable RGB lights for video lighting. Each light uses 2 batteries. By charging 3 batteries at a time, it takes 2/3 the time to charge the six batteries since it only requires 2 cycles of charging as compared to my 2 battery charger which required 3 charging cycles to recharge all 6 batteries..

Charges batteries, works as it should!
I use this for NP-F550 and NP-F970 batteries, and it works well for both. It's kind of weird to charge 3 batteries at a time, since I use 4 at a time (2 batteries each in 2 LED lights), but this is much more efficient than the single chargers that came with some of my batteries.

Lightweight, small and cheap.
I've owned two pairs of these since 2019, so far, so good! It's probably not the fastest out there, but for the price, the small footprint, and the fact you can charge 3 batteries, it's really hard to beat.
TIP: ensure you've seated your batteries fully in the charging terminal.

This item charges 3 batteries at the same time. Really minimum design. Doesn't take up a lot of space. The price was really affordable so I picked up 3.

It Just Works Good! Happy Time!
When you notice you have over 15 Sony NP batteries lying around, you'll also notice the need for multiplication in battery charging. This thing does it. Charges 3 batteries at time for an excellent price. Recommended!

This device works well!
I really like this device. It works as advertised/shown - it charges 3 Sony batteries at once. I have been using it for the past few months to charge my Neewer light batteries (Sony batteries), and I have experienced no problems with it.
As of the time of this review (June 2020), the item is out of stock. But when it does come back, I highly recommend you buy it, it's a great value!
