I have page size 9" x 11", it has 21 holed. I am not familiar with size 9" x 12".

The pages have approximately 3 holes per 1-1/4 inch or 24 holes on the whole edge of the page. If you buy the binder, it is just perfect. The binder will take two refills or more depending on what you are using it for.

Answer :
The pages are made to enclose a 9X12 format so there is just enough space to get a page in without too much jockeying. They are snug, but easy to work with.

Does this product work with Screwpost portfolios or are the binder holes too small?
Answer :
I have not tried to use them with screwpost products because the binders they are made for are perfect for my use. I think the holes would be large enough as long as the screwposts aren't too thick. The holes are actually oblong and measure about 1/4" W X 3/6" Tall.
