The Sigma lens I received today has damage on the inside of the front glass element (small scratch). I thought at first that it was just a smudge on the surface of the glass, but it wasn’t. I contacted the seller (DIGITAL GOJA) and still waiting for their response. I’m just a hobbyist and not a professional that makes money out of this camera. It’s just not right for them to send me a defective product for my hard earned money.
Update: I finally got my replacement lens today (Jan 3, 2021). It is in pristine condition, the glasses both front and back are flawless and immaculate. I installed and tried it on my Canon M50, it worked like a charm not to mention that it looks so gorgeous. I couldn’t be more happier. Excellent lens for Canon M50
This is truly an excellent lens for the Canon m50. It lacks internal stabilization but the camera more than makes up for it. A good tripod doesn't hurt either!
As far as the rest of the kit the included foldable backpack with inflatable air cushions it's kind of a unique idea. There's not much rigidity in the backpack since it's completely limp without the airbag inserted but it works great for me to have my camera in the bottom and my drone in the upper half if I'm just going out and want to travel light. The little handheld tripod is really handy and the lens cleaning kit is excellent with a very nice case. These little added features make this an excellent buy considering the lens alone is $400 some places. Don't hesitate to buy.

Sharp, Clear Quality and Great Low Light Lens
I've been using the Canon m50 as my primary camera for awhile and was looking at saving for a full frame camera and lens for the lower aperture and low light capability. Saw the reviews on Youtube for this lens, and decided to give it a go before buying into a whole new system. I've got to say I'm crazy impressed. The 16mm focal length is perfect for an APSC camera and the 1.4 aperture has allowed us to film in almost pitch darkness and still recover some detail in post processing. Absolute must have for a cheap camera/lens combo for film making.
Only thing I'd say is a downside is the lack of lens stabilization. You're counting on the digital stabilization of the camera and post processing, unless you're shooting from a tripod or using a gimbal to balance the camera. Other than that absolutely fantastic lens for this price range. I feel like we got away with a robbery here!

It comes in the EOS M mount. You wouldn't need the speed booster unless you have the EOS EF mount Sigma lens already. In that case yes you can get Viltrox EF to M mount.

Answer :
This does not have image stabilization. 16mm is wide enough focal length that it can get by without IS, apart from the usual camera jitters of the lighter EOS M cameras. However, if you truly require a wider focal length than the kit lens and a lens with IS, it’s recommend that you look at the canon 11-22mm. Just be weary that the 11-22mm doesn’t perform well in low-light situations, it also won’t have the spectacular bokeh that this sigma lens achieves.
