Good color consistency
I just started using gels in my studio. I use them with my 8" monolight reflectors. I use masking tape to hold them in place. While I have limited knowledge on gels these have added a new dimension to my shoots where I can now change the color of my backdrops. Color consistency seems good across the sheet. I like the folder they came in which is good for storage too.

Used For Outdoor Halloween Lighting On Home
These are amazing, high quality gel sheets. We bought them for Halloween lighting on our house. We use them on outdoor LED flood lights from Home Depot. When cut in half one sheet can be used on two lights, easy. However... We wanted the colors to be a bit more vibrant so we double up the sheets. Worked great!!!

Fantastic!
These are great-- I have a variety of lights that are different sizes, and these are perfect. I cut them down to different sizes and keep them in my bag so I always have the gel I need no matter which light I'm using! Love these!

Good colored filters. Can be stacked, and cut to size.
Fast shipping, and these are easy to cut to modify strobes, monolights or speedlights. Great for adding an extra splash of color to change mood or add effect.

Nice selection of filters
These are my go to gels in studio. Colors are consistent and they’ll outlast any other brand. I’m based outside the States and this is the second time I ordered these from the same seller. They ship swiftly and the item arrived in perfect condition. Good stuff!

Lux 17 Light Flame
Lux 21 Golden Amber
Lux 26 Light Red
Lux 33 No Color Pink

Question :
Will these melt with a led light like the godox sl60w or aputure 120d?
Answer :
It depends on what modifier you're using, and how close that modifier is (with the gel) to the front to the COB LED. Yes, either of those LED's would melt the gel if very close . . . but if the gel were placed in barndoors on the front of a standard 7" modifier, then you might have more luck.
Question :
Hi,may I know if you will be able to ship to HK?
Answer :
Yes
Question :
Is there a way to clip these on your light? I was suggested to use tape. Which I'd rather not do.
Answer :
I typically do masking tape in a pinch. I find it leaves little to no residue compared to its stickier counterparts. If you have barn doors on your lights, then I've used small clamps or even binder clips.
Question :
Can these be clipped on a clamp light?
Answer :
I made my own gel holders using aluminum, then clamp these to lights using small hardware store clamps. Not the prettiest or quickest method, but it worjs.
Question :
Do they color correct from tungsten to daylight and vice versa ?
Answer :
Yes.
Question :
are these sheets made of acetate gel ? and how thick ??
Answer :
No; they are polycarbonate. Some are polyester. And they're very thin, maybe only a few mil's thick - but because they are poly, they are very tough and do not tear easily.
Question :
How opaque is the color? I have to use 4 sheets of the Neewer brand, which all melted.
Answer :
Compared to the Neewer gels, these are only slightly more opaque . . . But colour strength is more about its relative exposure strength to you’re overall exposure, and less about a gel’s opaque-ness or opacity. Also, I’ve used many brands of gels on all sorts of different lighting - and they all melt equally if you don’t scrim them properly.
Question :
Can you use these gels with Hot lights ?
Answer :
No. Be careful. A not so hot led burned right through one. Put the white diffusion closer to the light source. They handle heat better.
Question :
Will they stand the heat of a 1000w lamp?
Answer :
1000w lamp, as in hot light? or flash? If hot light, It depends on the distance from the placement of the gel to the front of the lamp. Err on the side of more distance. Also, after attaching and turning on the light, check the gel after about 30 secs to see it it's hot or warping. If so, remove it.
