They’ve got this figured out...I did a ton of research on the best mount and they kept popping up with happy customers. I reached out about a single mount as I don’t have the need for the go pro addition. Not only did I hear back immediately from the team at Bulletproof, but they already had a single mount in production they were about to release. Sent me the link and I bought it immediately. Arrived in a day. Extremely well built...easy to adjust and doesn’t impair my vision of the road (which I was concerned about). FINALLY! A QUALITY phone mount that works for right hand drive Jeeps! I just got done installing mine and I am sooooo excited and I could not be happier with this product! It is SOLID!! Wow...I just love it!
Something to note...I have an aftermarket stereo installed which required me to remove the metal bracket this phone mount is supposed to connect to. If you're in the same boat, have no fear! The solution is a well nut. I personally used an 8-32 well nut. I did have to bore out the screw hole in order to fit the well nut. If you do this be careful to only make the hole large enough so the well nut fits snugly. I used a reaming knife drill tool (edge reamer) from Ali Express which worked amazing! Do a search and you will find it easily.
I know this phone mount isn't inexpensive, but ask yourself how many phone mounts you've gone through. If you total up the cost, my guess is you'll be close to the cost of this and this mount ROCKS!! Just buy it. You won't regret it!

Simply the best Phone Mount for your JK
I usually couldn't be bothered to write and post Amazon reviews, but this is simply a superior product. I've been through half a dozen phone mounts in my jeep. My phone is big, bulky, and heavy. I use it for work, and having it mounted securely in front of me is a necessity.
Other mounts allow it to bounce, or the ball joins don't hold up and alow it to move around over time.
Thus mount is rock solid! It's bolted and adhered to the top of the dash. The ball joints are machined aluminum, not plastic, and they are rigid. I can't even force to phone mount to turn once tightened down. I am confident that I could roll my jeep over, and my phone would still be in place.
Installation took 60 seconds. Remove the 7mm bolt in the top dash cubby. Remove the adhesive backing. Place the mount gently in place. Replace bolt and the adhesive tightens down to the bottom and side of the cubby.

How secure is this while wheeling?

I haven't gone off road with this mount installed but have done 40-60mph weekly over very rough pavement(including the steel plates covering the road construction holes) and frequently drive 60 miles over mostly freeways in less than ideal conditions doing 70-80mph for over a year since I installed it. I use this mount to hold an iPhone 8plus in a unicorn beetle case horizontally and it has been rock solid. The mount has not failed nor moved the entire time. Note that this is my 5th phone mounting product and I threw all the other mount types away after a few weeks of using this as it is drastically superior.
