This Rocket Air Blaster just DOES it! It literally blows off almost any dust off your camera, your lenses, your backpack, your cars' dashboard, it takes care of most dust/lint/hair easily...it really just works well.
Most of the blower/brushes you get with a camera cleaning kit just do not have the force behind it to blow much dust off your equipment. Plus, they also suck air back into the air reservoir (and dust too) with every squeeze. The Rocket Blaster, on the other hand, only blows air one way...it draws air in through the rear of the rocket, so when the 'bulb' refills with air, it doesn't suck back in the dust it just blew off you equipment.
A simple but beautifully designed tool. It is of heavy duty construction; the blast of air really works, and it is so well built it should last for many, many years!

Best Way to Get Contaminates Off Your CMOS Sensor and Out of Your Chamber.
I have two full-frame digital SLR cameras - Nikon D700 & Sony Alpha 7r II (a mirror-less DSLR). I have used this blower to clean the CMOS sensors and chambers in both cameras with great success. It's also great for cleaning the backs of lenses I hate spots in my pictures! This eliminates contaminates from my cameras. Granted, I have had to use this three or four times to clean a spot that won't go easily, but this has always worked for me. It's safer than contact cleaning as it won't scratch.
I've read the reviews from those who use this to try and blow dust from keyboards and other devices. This blower just isn't designed for that. It's designed to clean cameras. I have also seen people walking around with DSLR cameras with no lenses attached, hanging around their necks while they fumble in their camera bags looking for the right lens. They store the lenses in their bags without caps on either end. These people will have very "dirty" pictures. These conditions will present a challenge where it comes to cleaning the CMOS and chamber of their cameras. Don't expose the chamber of the camera any longer than is necessary and always store your lenses with caps on both ends. Otherwise, there's no point in having this type of camera and using this blower to clean it will undoubtedly fail.

Pros:
Reusable so you save money compared to using compressed air cans. You can control the pressure of the air coming out. Most of it is rubber so there isn't much of a danger from ESD damage. You can bend the nozzle so you can fit it in tight spots. Easy to transport since it's small. The air is brought in from the bottom of the rocket so the dust doesn't get sucked back in. If you hold it upside down, it doesn't freeze items or blast out poisonous gas.
Cons:
You don't get as much pressure when compared to a micro-vacuum or a can of compressed air. The noise it makes can be a tad bit annoying. It can wear out your hands if you use it too much (or have some form of arthritis). It would be nice to have the ability to switch nozzles so you can change the pressure of air coming out.
Overall I love it! Saves me money and it's a lot of fun to use. I got a little too carried away at work the first day. Everyone at work started using it after I had used it for a while. We were using it on keyboards, computer monitors, cell phones (the power ports), inside and outside of computers, areas of our desks that had a lot of dust buildup, and the heat outlets on some laptops. It worked great in all areas except the keyboard. We figured we would need a higher pressure air for a keyboard.

I picked one of these up to see if it could save us some money and waste, and I must say I'm impressed. It's not as powerful as compressed air, which is still needed on occasion, but it works very well for daily maintenance and extends the time between heavy-duty cleanings significantly. Must-have DSLR accessory
The Giotto blower works very well. You would never want to jamb the nozzle into the camera sensor or lens, and indeed, you can give this unit a firm squeeze and there is no tendency for it to move toward the lens or sensor.
I'm a bit puzzled by the design, however. When you squeeze the bulb, a check valve at the bottom air inlet closes so air goes out the nozzle. When you release the bulb, air enters through the nozzle and the bottom air inlet to refill the bulb. What's the purpose of the bottom air inlet? Why not just let the bulb refill via the nozzle?
There is no filtering of the air you squirt into the camera body or lens with this device. The force of the air flow may dislodge particles from the sensor and lens, but it may shoot new dust pieces in to replace them. Maybe any new dust going in tends not to stick because of the moving air?
What I would really like is for this unit to shoot filtered air into the camera or lens. I achieve that by putting a couple layers of flannel cloth over the bottom air inlet and hold them on with a rubber band. Because air can enter the bulb from the bottom air inlet or the nozzle, I put my finger over the nozzle when releasing my grip on the bulb. This is an awkward move, not quite possible with one hand and the other hand should be holding the camera or lens. But, it can be done.
What the unit really needs is a check valve in both the bottom air inlet and the nozzle so air only enters via the bottom and only exits via the nozzle. This would be complemented by a filter over the bottom air inlet.
Until Giotto or someone makes these improvements, I can live with this unit.

Cleaned My Sony a77 Image Sensor Completely In One Use
This is the largest bulb-type "air blaster" I have ever owned for my SLR. I use this product to clean the interior of my Sony a77 and it works beautifully.
The level of dust removal you are able to achieve with this tool is so high that I have actually never used the sensor cleaning wand that I bought from Amazon several months ago.

Nice device for dusting cameras. Some have commented on the large size. I prefer this as you can wrap your whole hand around it, and thus, squeeze harder and create a stronger blast of air.
The rubber is thick and soft. Kind of feels like those old red rubber balls they used to use in Phys.Ed. classes when I was a kid. I imagine it will last a long time, and should stay free of cracks in the rubber.
The tip is made of thick, sturdy plastic, and is well secured to the bulb.
The stream of air generated is sufficient to clear dust from cameras and lenses, and for those inexperienced in cleaning a camera, it can prove much safer. I still keep micro-fiber cloths on hand, but rarely ever use them.
As far as using it for computers, it would serve well for clearing dust and crumbs from a keyboard.
In case you're thinking of using this for the inside of a computer, the air pressure generated would not be enough for a task such as that. Even with a computer equipped with air filters, some dust always gets in, and to clean off intake, exhaust, and cpu fans, as well as power supplies, video cards and heatsinks, you'll need something that creates a stronger, sustained blast of air.
However, for camera bodies, sensors, lenses and other small electronics, it's a great tool.
The price? Considering what you spend on camera equipment, this is a solid investment.
