★★★★★ | A Must Have for Any Vinyl Lover |

I take meticulous care of my records. Not only because I want to get the best sound quality from my albums, but also because I want to maintain the integrity of my stylus and extend its lifetime. No matter how hard I tried to handle my albums with care, I would still occasionally get smudges and fingerprints on them. I have also almost dropped a few records while trying to "carefully" slip them into their sleeves. I tried using gloves which proved too inconvenient and soft cloths which proved too clumsy. That's when I found the Record Butler. It may be nothing more than a $4.50 (2 for $9) piece of felt lined cardboard, but it's just about the best $9 I've spent on Amazon. I keep it next to my turntable all the time. Now I can pick up and re-sleeve albums with care and ease. I liked mine so much that I gave the second one to my father. He is, after all, the one who got me into vinyl in the first place. |

★★★★★ | No more finger prints, yay! |

I'm pretty anal retentive about dirt and oils on my vinyl. I've read maybe one (hundred) too many articles about how this can damage the record, the needle, and apparently world peace, so I try to be really careful. Sadly, everyone else I know isn't as (insane?) conscientious about fingerprints, so they were touching my precious grooves with their human hands (I don't let the dog flip the records) and getting prints everywhere. I bought two sets of these and they work like a charm. They are enough of a novelty and kind of cute, so everyone is happy to use them. I haven't had to flick anyone on the forehead recently for handling the vinyl wrong, so it's been a win-win for everyone (although, if I'm honest, I miss flicking people's foreheads).
Anyhooooo... these are great. Buy them. |

★★★★★ | Awesome tool for novice vinyl enthusiasts |

These are very simple - card board and felt but were great to give to my daughter who is getting into vinyl. Her hands are small and she was struggling getting the album out of the inner sleeve without touching the grooves. These are great - no finger prints and allow her to handle her albums much easier. I don't recommend using them to clean as indicated in the instructions - get a nice anti-static brush and/or D4 Disc Washer type of system. Overall these are a great little product. |

★★★★★ | Much Safer way of handling Records |

Just got into Vinyl within the last year, but after buying the Record Butler, I'm adamant to say I will never physically handle my own LPs with my oil laden hands unless absolutely neccasary.
I thought at first this was just a marketing scheme, but after using the Genie for around a week it is substantially better both in handling in comparison to barely grasping the edges of an LP and in the amount of dust /hand oil that would come in contanct with my records (which are majorly 40+ years old).
Not sure how long a pair of these Butlers will last, but will definitely buy another pair when these wear out. |

★★★★★ | Great for small hands! |

I have small hands (but my girlfriend loves me anyway), and these are perfect! I usually can't reach the label and hold the side of the record when I take it out of its sleeve, so I really needed these! They work perfectly! |

★★★★★ | Surprisingly worth it |

These are so stupid, but my hands are small and I am clumsy, so they are an invaluable tool. Could you pull your cookie sheet out of the oven with your bare hands? Probably, but it would be more comfortable to wear oven mitts. Likewise, it’s nice to be able to actually hold a record. |

★★★★★ | Fun novelty item |

Bought them on a whim and while they are relatively easy to use they weren’t completely necessary for the serious player of records. They’re a fun novelty to me and a good conversation piece. Wouldn’t necessarily use them solely for deep cleaning but once again, they are cute. Try them for yourself. |

★★★★★ | Nice handy product |

What can I say? I hate picking up records by hand, as you leave oils on the record everytime you do. It's such a pain picking them up from the center or trying to grab the 1/8" area of unpressed vinyl around the edge of the record. This product solves those problems simply for a fair price. No muss, no fuss. |

★★★★★ | Fantastic little product that should have been invented a long time ago. |

I think this a very innovative product for vinyl listening. Every time I use it I think to myself why hasn’t someone thought of something like this sooner. Only con I have, I think they are a little pricey. Works great, very satisfied. A three pack for $12.00 would be a better price point. |

Love this little gadget. My wife has small hands and struggle removing and inserting records into the sleeve without finger prints. This little thing makes it so easy. I even started using it. |
