More capacity for the money (but also slower than the Pro 300)
1/7/2020: This memory card will NOT work with Canon EOS R when shooting video. With the rating of V30 on this card, you want V60. At first, I was shooting 4K/30fps with the ALL-i option but started to choke. Then I realized as I only just got this camera recently that it needed a V60 card. I know the V90 is even faster but it's way more expensive.
12/19/19: Test with Crystaldiskmark and shows it's capable for my Canon EOS R writing 4K files. Definitely, an awesome memory card for the price as the 300MB/s version is wayyyy more.
My review isn't to squash this product at all as I shoot both photos and videos on my Sony a7Riii for a living so it's critical that the memory card can keep up.
This UHS-I card definitely is worth the money and maybe overkill for most shooters unless you're shooting 4K videos and need a memory card that can clear the buffer relatively fast.
My results are based on two of these cards as I need backup as I travel and the last thing I need is two cards going bad...I rather have extras on hand (as much as I've yet to have a memory card fail me for over 15 years).
With my Sony a7Riii, I was able to continuously shoot 10 minutes of 4K, 24fps (at 100MB/s) as shown on the file. I'm glad both cards were legit as I usually don't buy memory cards from here with all the horror stories. Gray tab tested good but the only thing I couldn't test is the actual read/write with the real UHS-II & I card reader which I don't currently have and is on order.
With that said, yes, for 4K shooters, this card will shoot just fine at full uncompressed 100MB/s setting. Now if you shoot sports or have high-end DSLR's and mirrorless, this is based on my test tonight but here's the result between this and the two Sandisk Extreme 128GB PRO (about $200 each ugh).
Burst shot results with this card: 30 shots (at 1/8000") on my a7Riii, 39 seconds to clear the buffer
Burst shot results with Sandisk Extreme Pro 300, only 17 seconds to clear the buffer
So it depends on how much you shoot in burst and how often. Obviously, if your camera has lower resolution and doesn't shoot continuously, this card should be more than enough considering how expensive the Pro 300 is. In fact, I don't feel like I take full advantage of the Pro 300 as I currently don't have the UHS-II card reader as much as I shoot a lot of videos these days.
If you have any expensive camera, get the best memory cards. I've yet to have Sandisk memory cards fail on me (knock on wood). I just can't use Samsung as Sony doesn't play well with Samsung cards as confirmed by other pro photographers & filmmakers. It's odd...

Great card!
As expected it does what it says it does. I have seen a lot of one star reviews from people saying that its a misleading title and they do not get the speeds claimed, but I guess people didn't read the full features list because it says clearly in the description
[requires a compatible device capable of reaching such speeds, such as the SanDisk SD UHS I card reader (sold separately)]
I have the card reader and it does hit the speeds that are advertised. This is a really good card and it records 4K video like a champ. I just get frustrated when i see 1 star reviews that are not warranted because the buyer didn't read past the title. I sell online and have received 1 star reviews because a buyer had a hard time opening the box (not kidding). I do not work for sandisk nor do i care to, but bottom line is the card does what it says it does.

I Tested If it, DONT JUST CHECK THE PROPERTYS OF AN SD CARD!
So this has happened to me before, especially on Flash drives, Micro SD, as well as SD cards, Is they say they are 256 GB and are actually 32 GB, If you look at the Properties on a SD CARD, It might say 256, or 128, DONT TRUST THAT. Asian Manufacturers Make Amazing looking Fakes, Name Brands, and Sd Cards/Flash drives that can cause huge issues. So Whenever you Buy one, Please Take a Bunch of Movie Files, Mp4 Files, Tv series, and anything that basically takes up a lot of space. Make sure the files work, and Transfer them over to the card, on a card like 256 GB can take a long time. so as long as you go over 128 GB, or get close to your 256 GB capacity, that should do it. Then open the files from the card, and make sure they are there. If an error happens when you try and open them, try a bunch, you will see the cards some times are designed so if they know they are gonna hit capacity. They make fake files, that are the names and titles, but no content or data is stored. THIS CARD AS OF NOW IS GOOD TO GO AND I WOULD RECOMEND IT AS IT SEEMS TO HAVE THE CAPACITY AS PROMISED.

Genuine SD card with decent speed
Wanted to get a SD card that could go into my freshly purchased digital picture frame, since non was included with it. This one did the job just fine.
Reading and writing speed reminded me a bit of the same speed you get with reading from a average USB 3.0 dongle. Not too bad but not super fantastic either (see photo).
A nice touch though some may find useful, is that they included 2 year free subscription to a Rescue Pro software, in case the card fail while having some important data on it. So I see this as some kind of 2 year insurance on the card from the manufacturer.
Over all, I am happy with this card.

Awesome
I was a little leery of ordering this because some customers said they got a knock off card. Based on the pictures another customer posted to identify the real cards from the fake ones, mine looks like the real deal. I tried it in my camera (Nikon D5600) and it fit perfectly except when I go to remove it.... I usually just push down and it pops up for me to grab it, this one does not pop up and I have to use my thumb nail to kind of lift it up and then pull it out of my camera port. and I recorded on it and then put it into my computer to download the pics I took on it. Again, the original card goes into the computer port and when I give a little push it pops out for removal. This one does not click it, I push it into the opening and then it begins uploading to my computer and then I just pull it out without having to push it in to make it op out, so not sure if the sizing is a little off or what but all in all, it works great, so I'm still giving it 5 stars and I'm happy with the purchase.

Seller issue vs SD issue
I am super disappointed in the SD card that I purchased. I am a professional photographer and use SD cards all the time for sessions. I purchased this one as I needed to have a full card for upcoming sessions, and now I'm going to have to refund people. The product arrived packaged as normal no issues no concerns. I opened up the card put it in and started taking a few photos. I should have formatted the card to my camera, but I must have forgotten. I did two sessions back to back at sunset I came home put the card in my card reader uploaded the photos, and noticed there was files on there dating January 20 which I obviously didn't have the card since I just purchased it in July. I tried to open the files I was not able to it said that my software would not view the images. I went to bed. The next day woke up and started working on the files only to note that The majority of my photos are not there. The first 20 minutes of the first session is completely missing, the only images I have from that session or from the second location. I I missing several images in between photos that I took the number skip from 8449 to 85542 to 8659 etc.
so now I have two refund clients. One client had to reschedule three times due to rain and they drove over an hour to get to me only to find out that some of their images are missing. I am highly disappointed!

FAST
I tested this drive with a USB adapter for a PC, and tested with large video files to get an idea of the read/write speeds.
The read speed exceeded the specs, working with about 15GB of data. I was reading at about 185 MB/s over 15GB of data read from this drive and written to an NVMe which is a bit faster. Considering this is rated for 170MB/s, that's quite good.
The write speed wasn't as good based on how it's rated, but I still find it close enough to rate it 5 stars. Once again, writing to this drive, and coming from an NVMe, it was writing at about 85MB/s, and this is rated for 90MB/s.
However, the way my system wrote to this drive was almost as if this has about 4GB very fast cache, or it has a small segment of very fast storage, because my system showed that within about 5-6 seconds it had already written about 4GB to it. Then it slowed down and it was showing something like 160 - 180MB/s for a time period, and then the write operation for the PC showed as complete. The USB adapter though was still showing activity, meaning that data was still in the process of getting written, and probably from it's fastest storage to slower storage. The time I calculated for the write time included all the time that the USB adapter was showing activity. If I would have based the write time on when the computer showed the write was completed, the write speed would have been more like 100MB/s
I tried to read about these SD cards but couldn't see anything about faster cache or a small amount of fast storage, but that's the way the disk seems to work as far as what the Operating System showed. I know that modern SSDs use that strategy to improve performance, so when you test write operations, you always have to write more data than the size of the cache to see the speed that the main storage runs at.
Either way, I'm very impressed with it, and as long as it lasts a long time I'll be happy. It was a great price when I bought it and worth every penny.

Lots Of Storage, Seems To Write Faster Than CF Chips previously Used
I use Canon DSLRs and for years and years used the CF chips. They would usually works well, sometimes fail after years of use but they didn't seem to write that fast. On a Canon 7D MK II, it would sometimes seem like the chip was not writing fast enough to keep up with the camera.
So far I've used this chip with a Canon 7D MK II and a 5DS-R. The 7D was used for birds in flight and the 5DS of course used for landscapes. So far when using this chip, the 7D has never locked up or backed up while shooting as the camera was writing to this chip.
The 5DS is not used to shoot as fast as the 7D but the file sizes are or course massive. There has been no backup or lag when shooting bracketed shots with the 5DS.
For about $30 via Amazon Warehouse, this chip was a great buy. It's only been in use for about 2 weeks so can't comment on how it holds up over time.

Excellent product
I purchased this 1 TB card to be used as a permanent secondary storage media for my almost full laptop. I just get it and test it for more than 4 hours with adhoc software and got this result:
Warning: Only 976255 of 976375 MByte tested.
Test finished without errors.
You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again.
Writing speed: 63.6 MByte/s
Reading speed: 64.0 MByte/s
H2testw v1.4
Keep in mind speed depends on many factors, so do not blame the card.
I plan to keep it within my laptop card slot. I think it is a great solution to store media files. It works great for my win10 laptop but not for my macbook pro because it does not come with any card slot, and card adaptors can fail
I am a youtuber with more than 160000 subs, but do not plan to use it with my cams, because I do not want to risk many videos on just one card. I recently lost 3 excellent action videos due to a bad card adaptor for my macbook pro, so I do not recommend to use this card for your cam, but I do strongly recommend to use it as a permanent storage media. I have a 256 GB sandisk card for one of my cams, and always try to transfer my videos as soon as possible.
I received my card pretty fast (amazon is doing it great now) , safe and good package. I recommend buy directly from Amazon
I will try to update this review next year

Never going back to regular memory cards. No “busy” here shooting in RAW
I have my own photography business that I’m having to buy things as I go and also learn new things as I make mistakes or realize I need better this or better that. Well I shoot in RAW and that takes up more time to save to your card. I had been buying my normal memory cards I used for family vacations. I would notice that if I needed to shoot rapidly in raw I would only get so many shots before my camera would be “busy.” I have missed some important shots bc I was shooting up to it to make sure I wouldn’t miss it to only go “busy” as the peak moment struck. I stuck this card in (128) and just pointed it at a wall in my house and held my shutter button down. I had a split second busy after at least 6-8 shots but by time I even mentally registered it, it was over and already clicking again. So for a millisecond I had a pause at most where before I would sometimes have to wait 15 secs. I was able to shoot 15 photos consecutively no problem in a matter of seconds. I can’t wait to use this for my wedding. I’m never going back to regular memory cards.
Question & Answer
Question :
what's the difference between this sandisk card and the sandisk extreme pro 32gb up to 95mb/s uhs-i/u3 sdhc flash memory card - sdsdxpa-032g-x46
Answer :
I’d like to know why the 170 read time card is cheaper than the 95 read time card of the same size. I assume the 170 card is the exact same, other than it can achieve quicker read times. It appears the write times are similar however. Why the write speeds aren’t displayed on the cards is very odd (especially since it seems to be more important than read speeds). Having to scroll through product descriptions just to find a card’s write speed is quite annoying, especially since you’re having to rely on a seller to be providing correct information. I really don’t understand this, or why there isn’t a simpler naming system for quickly determining which cards are better than others.
These memory card companies and the groups who come up with the various naming systems should really consider using less confusing lingo. It can take hours of research trying to learn what the various codes mean, comparing the variety of card options and specs (each brand with it’s own labeling structure and non sensible naming systems), reading through countless reviews and contradictory replies (like these here), and trying to make sure you’re not buying a fake product (which are prevalent, especially here on Amazon).
Another oversight is how these companies don’t make it clear that if you don’t have a fast enough card reader, the top speeds of cards are meaningless.
You’d think that with the tons of fake cards being sold (bizarrely under Sandisk’s own seller account), the company would do something about this or restrict sales of their products to their shipping center only. You’d think they’d be more concerned about protecting their brand image and actually respond to the numerous reviews from buyers who have received fakes and are claiming faulty and slow cards.
And then there’s contradictory info regarding the best approach to removing images from cards. Some say reformatting cards after each use use is best, while others claim that just deleting images is best. And how long can we safely use a card before we risk possible card failure and losing all of our images? Some people recommend replacing cards every year, while others say they’ll last forever.
If a company came out with a simple and easy to understand info system (with both read and write speeds on the cards), an easy way to search a camera model to see what card works best for it, a way to prevent fakes being sold under their own store, a customer service team who actually responds to customer complaints and questions, and a recovery app that actually works; I imagine they’d win over a large sector of the photography community (especially entry level neophytes) who don’t want to spend half a day figuring out what card to buy.
Question :
Include adapter?
Answer :
The version with the adapter is indeed a USB 3.0 to full size SD card adapter. I don't think that anyone else makes those. I suggest adding the shortest USB 3.0 male to female cable you can find. Larger adapters like this can put a strain on the USB connector if you bump them.
Question :
My computer/card reader does not recognize this card, no error code, nothing. Used it with Nikon 3300 should be compatible. Suggestions?
Answer :
Just a guess, but you might need to change the formatting. Awhile back I bought a 128GB microSD card to use in an Android tablet that says the largest card it can take is 32GB. 32GB cards typically come pre-formatted FAT32 and cards higher come pre-formatted EXFAT. Windows can't natively format partitions larger than 64GB as FAT32 but third-party software is available for free that can. I reformatted the 128GB card as FAT32 and it works fine. That version of Android doesn't recognize EXFAT. (Before I bought the card I knew I would probably need to reformat it.)
Question :
I purchased a canon sx720 for an upcoming alaska cruise. i want to take come video on the cruise. is this a good sdhc for videoing?
Answer :
Yes, I use this csrd for video, shooting 1080p to 4K, the 90 MB’s down load and upload speed helps a lot during transferring and editing my data.
Question :
Does this card come with software locking and password protection?
Answer :
The card can be locked manually by sliding a small tab on one side. I am not aware of it having password protection.
Question :
will this card work on my cannon t6i camera?
Answer :
I have a T1i. Was getting a “card can not be accessed” message at first. I had to change a setting on the card with my computer before I could format. I think it was from sdhc to fat32? Works great now!
Question :
Is the sandisk 128gb extreme pro sdxc uhs-i card compatible with the sony dsc-rx10 iv ?
Answer :
I have the Sony RX10 Mark IV and use the Sandisk card.
Question :
Funciona en nikon z6 ii?
Answer :
Si, funciona bien es Class10.
Question :
Esta versión es compatible con la gro pro 10?
Answer :
Las gopro usan tarjetas microsd no sd. Esta no le sirve. Puede buscar este mismo tipo pero en microsd
Question :
Will this work on the PowerShot a710is?
Answer :
I don't use a 32 gig I use a 128. Works fine so far.
