Rereading this review, I noticed I forgot to add that when you use the bulb, make sure your thumb covers the side hole of the bulb when you squeeze, and opens it when you release. It's there to speed refilling the bulb between squeezes. If you don't, the airflow will seem weak.
I had been using an old Canon lens cleaning kit for my DSLR, which included a blower-brush that looks just like this one. I recently found it was much better at cleaning my new Norelco electric razor than the tiny brush that came with the razor. I ordered a pair of these, one for my camera bag and one for my razor, when I mislaid my old blower.
I expected to receive low-quality Chinese items which would take weeks to arrive. To my astonishment, though I ordered on 8 /7 they arrived on 8 / 11 via US Priority Mail!
Meanwhile I found my old Canon blower. The new ones look exactly like the Canon product. The only difference is that the new ones use slightly thinner rubber. I find the new ones are actually easier to squeeze and seem to move more air. They are very cleanly molded.
HOW TO USE IT MY WAY
The few negative reviews of this product come from the expectation that the blower is powerful enough to remove dust while attached to the brush. It is not. I was disappointed years ago with my Canon brush as well. Here's the trick: Lightly brush off the surface, using the blower bulb just as a comfortable handle. If you need to use the blower, simply slip off the brush and use the blower by itself. It's really quite powerful; just right to đust off an SLR/DSLR mirror or sensor without damaging it. No chance of yucky little droplets of, um, spit on your camera, yet much more environmentally friendly than canned gases.

What you expect
I confess being bribed to write this, where normally I would not, especially for a low cost item that performs as expected. For a higher price I would not have purchased such a thing. I am very fussy about how I clean my lenses-- all of them. I refuse to rub them with anything at all until all the dust has been removed. Normally I would simply pour some water over them first, then a spray of fluid to loosen the dust sticking to oils (and the oils), and only then a gentle wipe with a treated cloth. I will still do that where possible, like end of day, but this blower and brush will be a good quick mid-day treatment, especially in dusty conditions.
