What is the best way to get the creases out and to hang it?

And about the folds you can reduce it by these ways,if you choose the Vinyl material:
1.Open the background and hang it for a moment
2.Roll it up tightly with a cylinder, and waiting for 3-4 days.
3.Can use the iron,Gently ironing from the back(please use the lowest temperature,and the backdrop is not waterproof,so you can use electric iron, not steam iron ),pressing the back,do not stay in a place too long because it will damage the material.
How to hang:
You can use CLIPS to hang it on a backdrop stand or use TAPES or HOOKS to paste on the wall.
