1. Remove center light cover
2. Unscrew center nut that holds light reflector. (The bezel/surround is held up by this)
3. Unplug/remove
Reverse steps for install.
A19 bulb fits, but A15 bulb will fit better
I put an A19 in.. theres 1 tab i pushed out of the way and i bent socket downward so the bulb did not contact the retention nut.

i have a 679A, and it was an exact replacement...not sure if it will work for you...there are so many units out there...i would be doubtful..

Regular bulbs A19 will fit but you may have to bend the little metal gusset back into the fixture.

they probably have that at a local hardware, you will just have to splice on the plug....it won't have that

It comes as shown with the pig tail attached for a standard 110v plug into your existing fan box. Some boxes have a different plug configuration like mine had. I just used the wire from my old light.
