Brought an Arlo battery back to life
Im using this for Arlo Pro2 cam batteries. We bought the 4 cam kit and have always just been using the 4th cam to charge and rotate batteries. Well for some unknown reason, It would not charge one particular battery anymore. I wasnt convinced that the battery was bad already so I figured I’d try this charger, which is significantly cheaper than 1 Arlo battery. Well it charged the battery up no problem. The first cam that the battery got installed into had to be re-sync’d, but other than that, the battery has been working flawlessly since. I like that its a double charging station. I like that it shows the percentage of charge individually for each battery in the station. I like that when the batteries are done charging, you can just press them individually so they pop up, disengage from charging but can stay in place as a storage spot. The unit does come with a USB cord but no USB/receptacle adapter. This isnt a big deal in this house but these days everything comes with its own adapter to provide designed charging rates... why does this manufacturer opt out of that? Prob a bean counter decision. All in all, im happy with this charger.

So far so good. The charger has been working great and the % indicator is very helpful for guidance on the overall charge. After charging the batteries appear to hold a full charge.
A few small issues: the attached USB cable is short, so you'll need to be very close to an outlet to charge; you can use an external USB C cable, but it doesn't support the micro USB; when charging to batteries simultaneously it's pretty slow as it appears to be charging one battery at a time. Haven't used the charger long enough to see if there's any reliability issues, but so far am very pleased with the product.

My Arlo charger started falling apart and stopped charging after less than one year of minimal use. All of my other Arlo gear (5 pro cameras, 5 solar panels, 6 lights) performs flawlessly, so I'll cut Arlo some slack; I'm still a big Arlo fan. But, NO WAY am I going to spend another $60 on a charger.
Fortunately, Amazon offers some alternatives. The combination of functionality, price, and ratings led me to the Feirsh Battery Charger Station. This is a compact and complete solution that provides functionality and feature way beyond the Arlo charger it replaces, for a fraction of the price. The side-by-side battery design makes a more compact unit, and the LED screen is a feature that should be standard on all charging devices.
My favorite feature is the one that some have complained about: The integrated charge cable. This eliminates another annoyance with Arlo gear: proprietary cables and adapters. The adaptors are not only proprietary to Arlo, they're proprietary to specific products. The adapters look identical, but the adapter for a camera will not work for an adapter for a light, etc., and none of the devices will charge with a standard USB port. The integrated charging cable on the Feirsh Battery Charger Station means I don't have to look for a cable, and I can plug it into any USB port.
The unit also seems to be of acceptable quality, feels more sturdy than the Arlo.

Great product, saved 2 Arlo batteries I thought were dead
I got this when I started having trouble charging my Arlo Pro 2 batteries by plugging in the cameras with the chargers that were included with purchase. I have 4 cameras and I was only able to charge 3 of the 5 batteries, so I ordered a 6th battery so I could use all my cameras. Then I put the bad batteries on this charger and low and behold, 1 started charging right away. Within an hour or so, it was fully charged. The other one didn't appear to be charging and I swapped it between the bays a number of times. However I left it on the charger overnight and when I woke up it was fully charged. So I guess this charger restored it? I definitely like how by using this you can tell that the batteries are charging and see how full they are. Now I have 2 extra batteries that are fully charged, so when they start getting low in the cameras, I can now "hot swap" them and have the camera back up and running in under a minute, vs. taking it out of commission for what was annoyingly taking hours to overnight when I had to plug them in.
Considering the batteries are $45 each and I had 2 false failures, this is totally worth the $20-$25 I paid (I don't recall) as it will save buying additional, unneccessary replacement batteries and it makes keeping the cameras up and running a snap.

This product works as advertised and the convenience of charging two Arlo batteries at a time is much appreciated. The battery charge indicator is also a great feature. Not sure if charging is as fast as it is when using the regular Arlo charger with battery in camera. The indicator seems to rise up to 95% and then sits at that level for a long time before finally getting to 100%, but it does get there eventually. Although the time seems longer it may just be that I can monitor the charge level rising which is like watching a tea pot which never seems to boil. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this item, and decided to give it a try anyway. Now I'm not sure what all the hubbub was about. It works great and I haven't had a single problem. It charges my re-chargable batteries quickly and the percentage indicator is great.
Based on the design - with the USB charging cable built into the base - this is clearly a "Portable" design, and in my mind that means NOT leaving it plugged in al the time. Maybe that's why it works so great for me, as I only plug it in when I'm using it, then leave it in a drawer when not. I am a long time user of Arlo. I started with the first generation cr123 based cameras, and updated to the pro 2 camera based system. I have used throw away cr123 batteries, to the square type in the pro2. Having used the plug up option for over a year, I recently decided to add a second battery to facilitate always having my exterior cameras up and doing their job, protecting the home. I originally added a second battery thinking that the older battery was losing power life. I pick this product up to charge the not in use battery.... this charger changed everything.
First the digital readout is superior to just a power bar, in that you know exactly what you have in charge. Second this charger breathed new like into my old battery. With the old plug in the camera charge, I never maintained battery like of 100% more than a few hours. I live on a busy urban street, and due to foot traffic, and vehicle traffic, with the camera set to the highest sensitivity, with highest resolution, 2 to 3 hours and I was at 95% and dropping. On a busy week, I would get 10 day max before I was on E.
The older Arlo with rechargeable cr123 set up in a cross coverage position would typically last 2.5 weeks to a month with Similar settings. When I did my fist charge with this charger, everything changed.
After 27 hours of intense traffic and movement, with over 300 video clips recorded, I am STILL at 100%... yes still 100%. And that is on the OLD battery. I am truly impressed. As the price is much lower than the Arlo brand charger, I had low expectations. I was wrong.
This thing changes the game. Period. I will update this review after the final discharge to note how long it lasted, as well as the length of usage on the new battery when it goes in the camera, but as of this point, this charger is a must by if your cameras get heavy usage.

Hi, it has a micro usb cable and a usb-c port in, the usb cable not include a plug, you need to prepare a plug when using it, or use it where there is a usb jack.
Or prepare a usb-c charger if you want to use that usb-c port.

There are no openings to hang it from on the charger. I suppose you could mount it with Command strips if it wasn't too heavy when the batteries were in it. However I was very pleased with how quickly it charges the batteries.

Has a standard USB for plugging into a wall plug or computer as you can see. I believe the small port is a micro-USB, it's the same type of port as my speaker, it is not one of the newer smaller USB ports like the new iPhone plug has.

As far as I know it stops changing when the battery is full, I have an extra battery I keep in the charger ready when I need to switch batteries . I haven’t had any trouble with my batteries. The charger has worked well for me.
