Fits two 140 lb. watercolor paper in one sleeve
I bought the 9 x 12 inches IA129 to store my small watercolor studies and was super happy that each sleeve fits two 140 lb. Canson watercolor papers comfortably without removing the black sheet out of the sleeve.

Perfect for my paintings
I bought these to store my water color paintings. It is perfect for my needs. The sleeves are big enough to hold a full size 9x12 sheet of water color paper. They will also hold more than one painting if I have done more than one of the same subject. They will keep my unframed paintings our of direct light and protect them from fading. Very please with my purchase. Will buy again when the 2 that I bought are full.

Works for 9x12
We were using 9x12 paper for our lab notebook. Unfortunately there are no page protectors or 3-rin binders easily available for that size range. I finally found this product called Itoya Art Profolio The Original Presentation Books. I bought the one for 9x12 and could not be happier. There is excess room so putting the pages in was a breeze. The four year old children loved flipping through the pages nad remembering all the fun experiment they did. I even turned the paper in the spine backwards to write my own label on the edge so it can be seen while on the shelf. I would definitely buy this again.

Roomy pages
Large pages with black inserts.
Pages are firmly heat bonded to the plastic cover.
Has a transparent pocket inside front cover with a slot for your business card.
The cover is thick, matte finish, black polyethylene plastic.
Completely waterproof - that's not to say you can use it under water.
The spine has provision to slip in your own label or 12 5/8 x 3 3/4 inch artwork.
The label on the cover peeled off easily.
This portfolio looks like it should withstand a lot of wear and tear.

The perfect size for construction paper!
This is perfect for construction paper projects! I worked at a summer camp where campers were encouraged to make construction paper and marker "awards" for their counselors, and I wanted a way to keep all of the awards I received safe and visible. This portfolio was perfect! The pieces of construction paper fit perfectly into each sleeve with very little wiggling and they look great! I love it!

Nice portfolio.
Great way to store and show off my water color paintings. My son who is a graphic designer recommended it, so it is professional looking at a decent price. It protects your work. Sturdiness is ok, the cover is flexible but doesn't bend or tear. Inside is very good pockets. Guess if I was a professional artist I might go to something more sturdy, but all I care is it keeps my paintings safe and in good condition. I haven't had it long enough to really rate durability but I imagine it is quite durable just because it is well made.

Great Portfolio for Drawings and Other Artwork - Organize and Protect!
I purchased this portfolio for my Daughter so she could organize and protect her drawings and paintings. It worked out great! 9 x 12 is a fantastic size. The pockets can hold 2 sheets easily (front and back) and they don't fall out. Each page came with a mat black sheet which works great as backgrounds for smaller artwork and documents. The portfolio is more like an elegant binder. I will be buying a couple more of these soon.

Best option out there for the price
I did a lot of price comps and am very happy with this choice. Great size, amount of pages for the price point and professional.
I like that the spine has a slot for inserting a label, especially when trying to find a specific portfolio amongst the others on my bookshelf. Also like the extra pocket on the interior for loose pages and the removable black dividers in each page to ensure each drawing’s opacity.
The only potential issue I see is the lasting durability of the exterior, especially if you carry it around all the time.
I’ll definitely purchase again when I fill this one up!

great basic portfolio, comes in lots of sizes
I don't use anything else to store my loose art. I love these portfolios and buy a new one every time the old one fills up. The only tip I give is to not store anything but traditional pencil/charcoal/watercolor. I've tried to store pastels and the plastic kind of warped due to the oil. This would be a big problem if it affected the other art, but it really only affects the one sleeve.

I have used stored some pastels drawings without fixative but my suggestion is to use spray your pastel with an Artist's Spray, do not use Hair Spray since it has oils and other conditioning properties and this can spread your pastels and change the look of your artwork.

Answer :
Yes, the black sheets are removable but not the clear sheet protectors.
Question :
Do you have 2" ring binder?
Answer :
no
Question :
are these 24 individual folders??
Answer :
No. It’s a book with 24 clear sleeves.
Question :
Would this work to store 7.75 x 11.75 magazines?
Answer :
You'd really have to consider how thick they are. If they are just like thin pamphlets, maybe. The spine of the portfolio isn't wide enough to handle any kind of regular magazine, I would think. I just use the portfolio to display my artwork, and only put in one sheet per side of page.
