Never again will you buy the same filter twice!
Why didn't I learn of these things 20 years ago? No, I'd buy a CP filter for every freaking size lens I needed. Then ND filters for just the ones I thought I'd use. I had to choose! The other day I dropped $210 for a sweet-ass high quality ND/CP filter. I had the same dread about having to buy at least one more at some point. But during the checkout process, Amazon recommends the adapters. Sunrise on Marblehead! The Universe is back in balance.

Diferent configuration
With this adapter rings you can mix them and have diferent configurations, so you don't need to find the exact up/down ring , and spend more money. They have a good relation price-quallity. Some reviews mention that you can have them stocked to your filter or your lens., One simple trick NEVER tight them , not the filter nor the ring, so you can unscrew it the very easly, also I recomend to put a LITTLE mineral oil with a cotton swab all over the thread and you will not have any trouble with them

Easy to use and work great
These are easy to use and work great, you can combine multiple rings to get from 1 size lens to just about any other lens size. I didn't have any problems with them being stuck together or anything (maybe some others forgot lefty loosey-righty tighty, idk lol)...anyway, i use these rings so i can swap my filters from lens to lens and also to make a macro/wide angle lens fit on teh end of my lenses, so I can use the macro on a 50mm or a 55-250mm zoom...pretty cool stuff :)

Good enough!
I predominantly shoot with vintage glass and recently got a diopter that's really a lot of fun to play around with. This set makes it so that things fit. It's metal, the threading is nice (and, in fact, all of the adapters are shipped screwed in to each other so you know the threading's been tested at least once), and it tightens up appropriately/doesn't move until I want it to move.
They're as thin as you can expect out of these, and while my vintage lenses don't have modern coatings, so the glare is a bit more noticeable, these adapters don't appear to let in any light/they're matte enough on the inside to not significantly degrade image quality.
All in all, a great buy if you need them!

Great value, quality; user must treat properly to not damage them
I have read earlier reviews of these adapter rings, some quite negative. However, if you do what is necessary to make sure they are lubricated properly, these rings are top notch; Each ring, when you first receive them, must be dry-silicone lubricated(not mineral oil, as it will collect dirt and dust) on all threads, by unscrewing each carefully, patiently, and using a Q-tip, on each set of threads. When you screw them back together, you MUST turn the ring 'counterclockwise' until you feel the ring 'drop-in' to the mating thread. Then, carefully continue turning the ring clockwise, to the end, but do not tighten like a lug nut on a car wheel, just 'snug' it together. These are well-made rings, and I had zero cross threaded from the factory. They work great!!

Buy them they work
They work as described, but why wouldn't they? I but on my polorizer[77mm] and put it on a 62mm Fuji lens and it worked. Problem is even thought i read that they stick together i tried it first before putting on a dab of lubricant. Well they locked up totally, but i also purchased a set of filter wrenches at the same time and they also worked perfectly to remove my stuck adapters. I then put on some Teflon lub and they do not stick anymore. They are a good buy but do not know how long they will last, but I will treat them as if they were Ming vases worth $1,000's then I'm sure they will last.

These allow me to continue to use filters brought for one lens on all my other lenses!
These allow me to continue to use filters brought for one lens on all my other lenses! Of course, stepping down to a smaller diameter can cause vignetting, but you can't change the laws of physics. If you have something special like a Wratten 25A for black and white, or an expensive non-circular polarizer (beware autofocusers), neutral density filters for an eclipse, all your filters can be adapted easily to fit all your lenses. If you buy a new filter, buy a diameter to match the largest you need and e voila! it will be the only one you buy!

Filter step rings
These work perfectly. I ordered the set accidentally from china and it would take 45 days to get here, well I hit cancel but it was too late. I ordered another from a prime seller and it came within two days. All my filters and accessories are 52mm and I had won a bid on ebay for a 300mm 55mm lens. I got a 55mm UV filter to protect it then I put a 55-52mm adapter on it and now all my filters fit it. Well 43 days later the other set came and I gave it away to someone who also had a 300mm lens but had a 58mm filter thread with 52mm filters. They used a 58-55 and a 55-52 and they also work perfectly for them as well. This product saves money so you do not have to go buy all new stuff and I do reccomend this product.

Good Product That Does What It Is Supposed To Do
I needed these. They do what they are supposed to do.
I have had zero problems with them, other than keeping up with the whole set--not a problem with the product, but with me! I needed the step down from 77 to smaller sizes, so I eventually took out the ones that get me from 58 to 77 (4 rings in the set) and put the others away.
There is no case of any sort. They came inside two plastic bags inside an envelop inside an Amazon envelop. I have noticed NO PROBLEMS with them in any way.

Great Product!
The product was delivered on time and complete so that was step 1. What I love about this set of rings they go both from large to small as well as from small to large. Other supplier only went one way which did not work for me.
I tested the rings and if there is one thing I would have liked to have is once the ring from 72mm-67mm was put on my Nikon Nikkor lens it was a little tough to get the ring from my Chromo Inc Macro ring light on. If the outside of the ring adapter had been a little thinner it would have worked better. I hope this makes sense.
But overall great product!
Question & Answer
Question :
Will these work on a 40.5 (l) 16-50mm sony OSS lens?
Answer :
Andres, you must tell us what size is the lens's filter thread. If it is a Sony E PZ 16-50mm lens, in BH I can see it states: "Front: 40.5 mm", which is not either in the step-up measures included (37-49, 49-52, 52-55, 55-58, 58-62, 62-67,67-72, 72-77, 77-82mm). nor in the step-down ones(49-37, 52-49, 58-55, 55-52, 62-58, 67-62,72-67, 77-72, 82-77mm ).
According to these specifications, I would say that it will not be useful for this lens. But if you can wait for other -better- explanations, perhaps it is.
For all my filters (ND faders, UV, etc.) adapting to different lenses, this kit is ever so useful. But the threads in my lenses are among the ones listed here. Sorry and good luck. Ana.
Question :
If i have the 62mm lens and filter of 58mm, what step up or down ring do i need?
Answer :
If your lens size is 62mm and filter size is 58mm, then using one 62-58mm step down adapter ring will be helpful to connect your lens and filter. The 62-58mm ring adapter easily screws onto the front of any 62mm lens, and converts the thread size of your lens to the thread size of any other 58mm accessory (such as filters, hoods.) I am a photographer that have many different lens and tried with my different filter, many adapter ring in this suit is useful for me, the fact that the rings are metal was important to me, all-metal construction, and i did not have the problem that a few others had regarding the rings being getting stuck when screw and unscrew it, do not screw too fast. If put smaller filter to bigger lens, it will generate vignette, as the lens is bigger, but if put the smaller filter on, there will only be a small frame on the image appeared. This is a common issue, think with your mind!!! but if put bigger filter on the smaller lens, so when shoot image, as the filter is bigger, so the object will appeared more on the image!!!
Question :
Can the nano-x magnetic filters be magnetically attached to the rings?
Answer :
( YES ) Ok say you have a 82mm Glass & you are wanting to put a 37mm magnetic filter on your 82mm Glass. They do the same as your nano-x magnetic filter does then you can add UV, or Color filters. One side has a male threads & the other side has female threads & they go on the end of your glass not your camera. I hope this helped you.
Question :
Will this work for 18-55mm Nikon d3000?
Answer :
I have a 18-55 Canon T6I and work perfect
Question :
My camera has a 46mm filter diameter and i want to buy a 43mm fisheye. Will these spacers help me ?
Answer :
Hi, this filter adapter rings doesn't support fisheye, thanks.
Question :
Has anyone tried this on freewell vnd filter and if they fit? (looking 72-77)
Answer :
Pretty decent quality and obviously acceptable it’s not the top rated glass at this price you can’t expect perfect I’m very happy with purchase
Question :
well is there different size lenses that work better between 4.3-258mm ?
Answer :
You can upsize the rings from 49 mm up to 82 mm I believe as well as downsize in the same realm. Hope this helps.
Question :
i have summicron 1:2/50 lens i wantthread on 55mm/f2.8 filter can i use the rings
Answer :
These cannot be used to adapt a 50mm aperture to 55mm aperture. The issie in this case is more due to the 50mm size of the lens in question. You must “do the math” reading through step-up and step down ring sizes that are listed on the website. You’ll note on these, there are no 50mm rings.
Best you can do is search on websites to 50mm to 55mm step up adapter rings; but, I think that is going to be a long search.
This is one on amazon ...
EBay may have others.
Question :
Will those work on the Panasonic zs60?
Answer :
sorry , it item is not suitable for your Panasonic zs60
Question :
How good is the quality?
Answer :
I would say low or a medium quality, but they do what you want them to do. They are made out of aluminum or what ever ( ???? ). When I got them I had one that was wrapped so bad that I couldn't put back together & the seller sent me another one Free.
