Impressive Quality
This is a huge step up from the original godox S-bracket. The quality of materials is greatly improved, and of course it’s much more versatile since it supports larger flash heads. Even if you don’t have a larger flash, I would spend the few extra dollars and get this over the original S bracket, since it’s more future proof and the materials are much better. I also like the stepless angle adjustment.

Fantastic upgrade. Worth the extra money. A must buy
Such a great upgrade!! Godox finally rolled out an upgraded version of their S bracket and let me tell you, these folks really listen to their customer base. They fixed everything I complain about with the first. Larger adjustment handle, larger hole that fits the AD200 wonderfully, even with the round head, and just so much more steady and sturdy. Tempted to honestly scrap all of my S brackets for these

Verstatile... as much as the original S bracket
The original S bracket is a piece of heavy work, not the best, but I think it does the job perfectly... also offers cool perks like using 4 speedlites at the same time. The S2 Bracket also works nice, I dont feel like an over improvement, but actually more like a way to cover the necesity of a bracket for a round head. Im able to use every bowens mount modifier with my Godox V1, the only con, it does not work perfecfly with my stands.

Very happy with purchase
Fits either my flashpoint xR2 roundhead Speedlight or my flashpoint evolv200. It came with a diffuser sock that's fits either strobe. I haven't tested the diffuser sock but thought I'd mention, on one side of the inside sock is made of a reflective material. It's also textured I side.
All around I'm pleased with this purchase. It's versatile, portable and feels sturdy. The interior has rubber padded areas that help protect your gear from damage.

Upgrade from other Godox S mount
I have the one and the cheaper Bowens mount bracket from Godox and I have to say that this is a massive step up from a usability standpoint. Having the option to mound sideways is great and the rotating tightening handle is a game changer. Overall the build qualily is similar (plastic) but the usability is with the extra dollars in my honest opinion.

Godox S Bracket. Fits both round head and traditional flashes! Finally!
S bracket was exactly what I needed. It’s versatile for both of my flashes. I have the godox V1 and the Godox AD200 and they both fit easily. The gels are rather tiny and most likely not even going to use. In the future I would just opt for the actual bracket alone. Overall, it’s made solid and haven’t had any issues. Would buy again.

Great value for your money!
Love that it will accept circular flashes construction seems more robust and better thought out than my previous other brands S-Type bracket. This is definitely a great value for your money. I’m tempted to get another one to replace my original one this one works so well. I feels like it’s built tough, but time will tell. The extras are a nice thought, but nothing to write about. Maybe something that could be used in a pinch, but that’s it.

Fantastic, improved in so many little but useful ways
Best brackets I've ever used. Based on the reviews I took a gamble and bought a few to replace my others and it paid off. These are fantastic and as others have stated, they improve upon just about every design flaw all of the others that catn't before have. Highly recommend.

Amazing build quality - Great improved over first version !
I had the previous version of this, and it broke. I often use big umbrellas, so didn’t want to order the same, and was excited to see an improved more robust version !
Indeed, it seems a lot more solid, the whole thing is 2 or 3x the weight of the old one, the plastic is a lot thicker, and using a lot more metal too.
Let’s see how long this one survive - but should last for a while !

Great Quality
Got this to use with a few of my godox lights. (AD200 & AD360) everything is tight and secure. The umbrella holder could use some improvement. It just holds the umbrella with friction, but I didn't get the bracket to use with an umbrella so I still give it 5 stars. Its solid!
Question & Answer
Question :
Can this fit flashpoint xplor 600?
Answer :
No need to use it on the 600 since it already has a bowens mount built on it.
Question :
Can the godox s2 hold 2 godox tt600 speed flashes?
Answer :
No
Question :
What size light stand tip recommended?
Answer :
It really depends on your lighting intent and needs, especially the height of the light with which you want to use it.
Question :
Does this work with the Godox 300?
Answer :
Yes, but make sure you are looking at the latest version of the S bracket. The bottom comes out to form a round area for the 300 to fit. Fits tight but does fit.
Question :
Can this fit 2 flashes v860ii?
Answer :
Can only fit one. Even when fully open, the gap remaining is too small.
Question :
Can this bracket accommodate the bare bulb attachment?
Answer :
Short answer, yes. The bare bulb attachment is positioned at the front of the speedlite. The bracket positioning is adjustable to accommodate for any attachments you have at the front.
Question :
How do you install the included gels
Answer :
You can't on the round head. The gels are designed for the regular fresnal head flash and are completely useless on round head flashes. I had to order round head filters for my Godox V1 round head flash. They came with a magnetic filter holder.
Question :
will this fit Westcott FJ80?
Answer :
Probably!
The Westcott FJ80 seems to be a close copy of the Godox/FlashPoint speedlight.
Question :
Will this fit the godox v860ii-c pioneering 2.4g wireless e-ttl ii li-on camera flash speedlite?
Answer :
Yes, it will fit most standard-sized speedlites. As well as the GODOX V1 round head flash.
Question :
What stand do you attach this to? Can someone post a link please?
Answer :
Any light stands work.
