For the price this camera works great and has great features. The only con is that there is a green light on all the time when it is plugged in. There is a blue light to indicate when the camera is in use. I have this on the top of my center monitor so the green light was very annoying. I fixed this with a piece of black electrical tape. I like the light and the little slide that ensures I'm not on camera unless I mean to be. I don't use the mic so I can't comment on that.
